NOPE! I have a small bag that attaches to my belt loops... it's big enough to hold cash, my cc, my id and a couple checks. Snaps closed and it's perfect..then I don't have to worry about anything!

I volunteer w/a homeless shelter (hubby works there)..men/women & children. Many of the men esp.have no family and most folks 'forget' about the men. They are people too & enjoy a small gift. Every year we make bags for them...inc. ANYTHING we can get donated..socks,hats,gloves, scarves, soap,shampoo, toothbrush and paster, razor and shaving cream, chapstick, lotion etc, etc, etc.... Last yr they even had new sweatshirts for all and new shoes donated for the women. They came thru 12/24..some cried as it was the ONLY gift they would get last yr. So...when you're ouf shopping BF..as you see that 'can it be' deal on something like above, pick it up and donate it! Yes, Christmas is for kids, but adults like it too! So far this yr I have soap/shampoo/toothbrush-paste/chapstick/blistex/deod. as well as about 6 different kinds of snacks. I'll be combing those aisles for the deals! We made 150-200 bags.. needless to say there is not much left over for BF for us! But, we still have fun looking and finding those deals! Last yr it was $19 DVD players. We even splurged & bought out selves :) Please think of others as you shop BF and the entire holiday season!

This is my first post too! I got up really early (2am) and went online for the items we wanted. None of them were available online, but said 'in store'... so we knew where to start. We take the walkie talkies, snacks, drinks, and I mark each flyer w/a different color stickey on the front. I write down what from each store on 2 stickeys and we each take one..he goes one way and I go the other. As we find what we want, we mark it off. Meet in the middle and ck out. Also, keep a 'general' list and sometimes we see the same item at another store for the same price or w/in $1. If it's w/in a $1 and it's the only item at that store, we pay the extra...then have 2 stops in 1! Also...we watch for the 'unadvertised' specials. Last yr we were done shopping in 2hrs thanks to those bargins!
