ME TOO!!

I am putting the lights up this weekend - would of last weekend but it poured - the reindeer and trees go out Thanksgiving night - and we turn it all on then!

oh come all ye faithful - it wasn't my favorite till my oldest sons baptism which was in May - my pastor had us sing it and now I can't hear without tearing up - I liked it so much we did it again for my next son

I wrap as I go to avoid peekers from finding out what they got!!

I use to do more but we re did our landscaping and now my bushes outside are much smaller so I have to scale back this year. My husband makes me a huge wreath that we also light up (multi colored lights). My girlfriend around the corner is the blow up queen so I skip those. I think she has 4 now for Christmas alone and of course she has a Halloween one right now! My son calls for her husband Clark for Clark Griswold because he is the one on the ladder putting up the lights every year!

do you know anyone that is a teacher - maybe you could get an elementary class to sponsor them and they could make them cards and construction paper stockings and just nice stuff like that to fill up your box to them. i did that 2 years ago when my son was in 4th grade - the soldiers and kids loved it - anyway - they are in my prayers (all of them)

I always bought the mistletoe candles by yankee candle but now I really like their new one SPARKILING PINE - its smells wonderful and is not as perfumey as the mistletoe

I am getting my husband and 2 boys (11 &13)a fishing trip for christmas - I have found a really great guy that takes people out on his boat and has all sorts of equipment for them to use and the thing that finds the really big fish - I don't know if your boys would like that, but what about tickets to a sporting event or concert - something that is maybe a couple of months away, but that they could look forward too

sorry - dd is what my boys call dunkin donuts - they love to go for the coolattas - which are almost $4 bucks a pop - so when they get one its a big treat!

Has anyone heard anything about JCP having a door buster sale this Friday night and Sat. Morning. I was busy last night and heard something on the tv and before I could get in there the ad was off....
