I agree. Now stores will use this as "proof" that consumers want to shop on Thanksgiving. The fun days of an actual Black Friday are over it seems.

So far I've only bought online. That was Target on Wednesday for the Ipad Air with $100 gc. Right now I'm at work (RN), so when i get off in the morning I plan to hit up JCP and Bath and Body Works. Maybe Michael's as well. I'd like to get a new tree.

I am against it. Not only is it taking families away from each other on Thanksgiving but it's really no longer, "Black Friday." Gone is the thrill of staying up to go out at 3 or 4am to catch those must have deals. It's so weird to me how Black Friday is really a Thanksgiving Day sale BTW, I will be shopping online. Also, I'll be working this Thanksgiving but I am a RN.

I finally saw them in person today at my local radio Shack. Is the one at Walgreens have the same items inside the package? RS sells them for $14.99 btw. Mine only had snowflake.

Anyone know who has the best deal for wifi service? This would be for my daughter's netbook. She has a lot of reports to do now in middle school and when I work nights, she stays at my mom's. There is no internet service there and unsecured wifi is shoddy. I don't want to spend a lot per month. If we're home I have a router so it will just be for those 2-3 evenings when she's at grandma's for her to google, facebook, youtube, etc.

The Walmart, Target, and Radio Shack acers are all the same model regardless of the color. It runs windows xp. Same specs. To do the price adjustment at Target, you only need the receipt. Now if you wanted to return the item, it would have to be sealed. I was able to get the netbook from walmart.com yesterday morning. I choose aquamarine for my 11y/o daughter. She is going to scream Xmas morning! lol I'm actually tempted to buy another one from Target and do the price adjustment only because I'm feeling greedy. I already have a cheapy emachines laptop I bought from BB around this time last year so I don't "need" another computer. *sigh*
