Oh how I wish I would have started the only 3-4 gifts from Santa thing when My oldest was a BABY. But unfortunately, we go overboard every year and there is no room under tree and the gifts go half way out thru the room.

Both. But I do try and make lists, but I pick stuff up along the way.

DH wants to take them down xmas day or the day after. LOL We put them up the weekend after thanksgiving, so by xmas day, I"m kinda ready for them to be put away. :)

I know its a bit early, but I was wondering when/if the secret Santa was going to be this year. I missed out last year, and cant wait to do it this year. :)

I like the smell of the real ones, but I prefer a fake one, cuz of the watering/fire hazards and clean up of the real ones.

I like White Christmas Eves thru xmas morning. But after that I want the snow to stop so we can get to where we need to go. :)

Sad to say, we dont really budget for it. we end up taking a couple of DH's Part-time paychecks and use them. That way, we're not cutting into our reg. pay and hurting ourselves financially. I'd say I spend over $500. It keeps increasing every year. :)

Last year, we spent a lot. Cuz we got a Samsung LCD TV. But normally, I think we blow about $500 on that day. I try and just buy for everyone, but it depends on the deals too.

Not really, I just try and convince them to shop with me. But they're not too crazy about getting up that early. SO, its they're loss. LOL

I want a "nice" camera, but I'd take a Full day w/o the kids fighting and whining over that any day. :)

Do you kinda have a price range? I liked the ideas everyone had last year.. About the wallet with Gift Cards, or maybe a movie basket (rental tickets, popcorn, candy, etc).

My DS is really into the patriots too. His birthday is tomorrow, so i've been looking around online trying to get stuff reasonably priced. But I"m also cheap, so thats hard to come by. last year we went to CC about 10pm thanksgiving night. This year, probably will just hit our "slower" walmart about 5am. I think I may have a childcare issue this year, so I gotta wait on DH to get home from work.
