The way I see it - your store lets you in before 5am - so they take chances like that. No biggie. Our stores close Thursday night and reopen at 5am; so there is no chance of that happening. I think the store should have had more than 12 items though - our store had a whole bunch of them. So it really depends on the store.

I checked online last night and there were still some items not sold out that were available online at the EB prices. But that is why I prefer Wal-mart to Best Buy. The large quantities and all the registers they have open and you get out quicker.

Our Best Buy had tents and lines at 9pm last night. I got my computer online this week for a great deal - so thankfully avoided Best Buy. They really need more items for each door buster and more than 3 registers in my store. The line to check out is 1-2 hrs!!! I do agree that some limits should apply and one per customer is pretty fair. If you stand in line for 12 hrs and someone stands in line for 1-2 hrs; well that the 12 hrs person should reap.

No map provided or details on where things were. Thankfully I asked upon entering where the 19' LCD TVC was and it was at the opposite corner of the store from electronics=)) HeHe, so I was like 50th in line but on of the first to get to the stack of tvs. I was very happy about that. The associates were really helpfull and all the registers were open & moving very quickly. Kudos to Target. -
I was able to get the 19" LCD for $174; the best price around for 19/20 LCD with a stand to boot=)) Target was well organized and had a huge selection of toys and Sales Associates all over to assist & I assume prevent Shopping rage. Great experience.

Our Store passed out the map & new items for sale about 40 mins prior to opening. I liked the maps and they had the items in huge boxes lined in all the center of the aisles, though navigation with a cart was rougher. They had loads of products at my store, so I got what I wanted and was able to be at Target in line at 5:50am as well.
