    Yes me too. I actually started shopping at Dillards last yr only. So have no clue about their sale patterns. Do you have soem idea? DO u have any idea approx. when will they have winter clearance. ?

     

    from today they have 50-75% of winter clearance. and 50% off shoes. But I know that is not good enough. Do u have an idea when they go down further?

    I am a faithful fan.... I don't know exact dates but shortly the prices will be 75% off plus and additional 50%. The additional 50% is only twice a year. Last year I bought a $350 men's leather jacket for about $35-40. Watch the Thursdays paper. Their sales always begin on Thursday and usually only last through Saturday. They have only recently began extending them until Sunday. The shoe sales are awesome. The home store has great sales and it a perusing place. For example I have found Emerill kids cook sets regularly $40 for $1.99...most of these sales are found in the same area each time... begin looking for your corner or table. Last summer, in July, I bought 13 pieces of girls' clothing for $37. They often will have sales that are $2.99, $4.99, etc. Look in your paper before 10am and be there when they open. The stores that move the most merchandise have the best selection and put more on sale sooner. Good Luck...:cheesy:

    I love Dillards!!! When they want to move merchandise for the new stuff. They almost give it away!! I've bought swim suits for $2.99. Love the purses!!! Love the shoes!!! Love Dillards. Be sure to alert the masses for the big sale. Dillards is my daily read in the paper. Their ad is before the sports page.:yay:

    This is late for the post, but last week I got several great deals at my target.

     

    Baby Bed - 199.99 to 49.99

    Cosco stroller/car seat 26.99

    Travel & Go Gate 6.99 (saw it today marked down at baby depot to 39.99 lol)

    Drop & Roar Dinasaur 6.97 (from 29.97)

    Cosco Pack N Play - 20.00

    Kick n play 30.99 - have seen it at other stores the past two days at 69.99

    Eddie Bauer Large Diaper bag for 12.97

    Winnie the Pooh Diaper bag for 6.97

     

    & several small pieces of clothing at a good price as well, I think 75% off

     

    I think our target runs their clearance way before other stores, because most of the bargains I saw posted here happened a few weeks ago. (dangit, and I was on my save money/don't go to target spree, but heard from a friend & resisted the tempation)

    great sales when you are lucky enough to walk in that day, last time bought BT kids sweater, long sleeve shirt and scooter for less than $5. Look on the racks and there is usually a table on the back wall.

    hit Dillards at 10am for the best choices. so did a lot of other people. got stockings, ornaments (waterford and snowbabies) for $3-$6.50, cute gingerbread boy and girl singing stuffed people $6, free standing Santas for $12.50, ornaments ranging from $.75 up...great finds, super cute stuff.

    when does Walmart hits 75%?

    I went to Target on the 26th for the sales and totally forgot to look for a tree skirt. I want a nice one but refuse to pay $40 for one. KWIM? LOL

     

    I have to take back a memory foam pillow that my MIL bought me and wont work on my chair at work tomorrow, so I will look and see what i can find.

    wait for Dillards to go 75% off within the next few days and you will get an awesome skirt for just a few bucks!!

    That's beautiful! We have a similar style house. I got the same icicle lights this year and was worried with how straight they'd hang from the roof like it is.. but your pic proves that mine will look good. :D

    to get the lights to hang straight hang small fishing weights on the ends, they will all be perfectly straight, no worry about how to store them for next year

    The carebears were gone in 30 seconds. The people camped out in front of them basically dove into them. The woman in front of me thought she was trying to get a rebound and blocked me out with her butt while DH grabbed bears. I was able to get four...had to be quick!!
