It's probably not that they are hung with alot of extra stock. Most stores push the dietary items more around the new year for all of those people who vow to loose weight every year.

Food Lion also has these same specials. All of the soda's listed above are 99 cents a 6-pack and all of the 2 liter Pepsi products are 5 for $5.These sales will be good at least through next Tuesday but maybe longer.

I am getting really upset with Dell right now. The B120 i ordered through Dell on 11-28-05 has still not been shipped and all i get is the runaround when i call them. They are supposed to credit my account for $85 but is it worth all of this trouble? Also all of the supervisors are not very personable and they expect me to take whatever crap is feed to me each time like they are doing me a favor. I asked one supervisor if i could get her name, another case #, a corporate phone number, or an email and she told me they only had a mailing address for corporate complaints. That cannot be right can it? Does anyone know of a phone number i could call to speak to someone "higher up" than these asses through customer service?

I also ordered the B120 on 11-28-05 and also got the free printer. Both were shipped out on 12-9-05 according to the website and i did receive the printer on the 12th. Well Monday there is still no word on the notebook so i call them to see whats up. After being hung up on and holding for well over 2 hours i am finally told that apparently your laptop was built, boxed, UPS tracking label attached, and then forgotten to put on the truck and is still at the warehouse, WTF? So i complain slightly and he takes the $49 shipping off and credits it which is a good start but then i start thinking that there is no reason i should have to wait a month on this . I ask if he can guarantee it to be here by Xmas (even though it is a gift for myself) and he says it should but no guarantees so i ask for a supervisor. The supervisor apoligizes and tells me he will call me within 24-48 hours and let me know something but there is a strong possibility he could discount my order more. Still no word but he should call today but i should get this laptop, printer, and the 512 mb of ram for a total of $460ish and hopefully less. The Dell service problems are true but the price is also nice.

By what i understand it is only the B120 and it is not the card it is the fact that there is no internal antenna. I will go back to the Dell forums and post this info but there are alot of complaints about this problem. Hopefully it is something that they have since repaired but you never know on a low end model.

Hi, i have been waiting (forever!) for my Dell B120 notebook for the $449 special price and now after doing some research i think i will be pissed when it gets here. I have read in the Dell forums that even though it does have the wireless card and states it will be able to go wireless it does not have an internal antenna in it and is'nt designed to be upgraded to add one. Meaning that if you want to go somewhere and get a WIFI connection or network it in your house with a wireless router you cannot go any farther away than 6 feet or so from your modem/router. Does that seem right for them to design this this way and not state it in the text of the specs for this model? Will someone who has already received theirs let me know if this is 100% true because everyone in their forum agree's about this problem.

I am sorry for all of these posts but here is the specs and i looked at the rebate form and it says that if you are eligible for a rebate it will be inside your packing slip. It never mentions any code that is required. Actually after deleting some useless #'s in these specs it does say something about the rebate. Also does anyone know what kind of ram/memory this is? In other words can i add to the existing 512mb and if so what kind is it(pc2700,pc3200,pc4200,etc...)? I would like to have at least 1GB so another 512mb would be great if it has 2 slots.

Just follow the link i posted earlier , select Inspiron B120 Basic Entry-Level that has the $100 off instantly+$100 off by mail-in rebate for a total of $449, then click customize it. I went through it and didnt change/click a thing other than continue, add to cart, and then checkout. After that it is preferred shipping and i will not export this. After you are finished with all of that you can enter the code for $20 off(even though i didnt use Paypal). It states nothing about the $100 mail-in after the first page though and on that page is where i printed out my rebate form. Hope this helps.

The rebate form says that all i need is the a complete copy of my qualifying packing slip. I am not sure where this is located before the notebook arrives by mail but it does say that it will be in a clear plastic envelope attached to the package. The model # matches the $449 one ($549 before mail-in)listed one the web page.

Actually the deal from yesterday is back up. The one with 512 MB of ram and the wireless card. I just ordered mine and it was $618 now and $518 after my mail-in rebate. Not too bad i just hate paying $49 in shipping charges.

Yeah i think it is dead. I had it in my cart ready to order but it disappeared. Oh well i guess i will hold out longer.

I am in KNoxville, TN visiting my g/f's parents and went to check out Kmart around 3 pm today. I was looking for the poker set that was in the add for $14.99 with the help of an employee with a scan gun when she scans 3 or 4 different sets. Most were on a slight unadvertised sale along with the advertised one but there is one that has a regular price of $39.99 in a wooden case instead of the metal one ringing up for $8.00! I dont know if all stores have the same screwup in the computer pricing or not but it is worth a shot. I bought 5 of them and they had at least 15. I actually bought 2 and went back to get the other 3 when i saw 2 MGR's talking about which one was ringing up wrong so i grabbed them and headed straight for the registers. Just check in toys and sporting goods but if they dont have them there they had some in the furniture section (which is where i got these). It's the one in the wooden box that has 300 chips and is priced at $39.99.
