Since the kids are up early...we have breakfast usually around 8. Which consists of Eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, toast, and OJ. Then they usaully don't eat untill 2:00 when we go to my gmas house.

There are a few toys that my kids will want..I am pretty sure that some of them will be on sale on BF. Should I wait untill BF or get them now.

My dad gives me 600 dollars and tells me to spend 100 on each kid and 50 on me and DH. I am usually happy about this, but then I have to figure out what to get and then I have to wrap it LOL. I like to get tons of small gifts so it looks like he got them alot:D Nowadays it is sometimes hard with 100 dollars.

His favorite character is Pixar Cars Lightning Mcqueen....Which he has all the cars for that. He does have a powerwheel and a tricycle. I guess maybe he is spoiled LOL. I will look at little people toys..that is a good idea...thanks

I am getting my 13 year old model cars radio control car magazine subscription (Gamepro) I just started a Gamefly account for him he loves collecting cards..such as football, baseball, naruto etc I also get him a gift card to Walden books (borders) Last year I got him a stereo system and a dvd player for his room he is starting to get harder and harder:(

Usually the first one is up by 6 and then they have to wait untill everyone wakes up. So then we open presents. When they are all done I make a huge breakfast.

We bake cookies. Go out and drive around the town to look at all the lights. Then they get in their jammies Put brownies and choc milk out (because Santa gets sick of cookies and milk:tongue1: ) Put out carrots and reindeer food on the lawn for the reindeers. Then we go to sleep with all the christmas lights on..well the kiddos go to sleep LOL.

I have under the bed storage containers filled with gifts. I also have containers filled with presents, and then put a jacket on top. So when the kids open the tote all they see is the jacket:smirk: I have a grand list on my laptop on what all I have and where it is in the house. No kids go on the laptop so they won't see it. The laptop is passworded LOL

Christmas Eve I go out to get all my odds and ends I need. Plus I have a list of all the batteries I need, so I get them then also.

I usually go to the Dollar Tree and get tons of stuff. Did you see the stocking stuffer ideas thread? There is alot of ideas for everyone.
