Seems like a average year in terms of ads for me.. I hope to do 90% of it online...the ipod touch with the gift cards are the only thing that has caught my eye. I miss the TV's that range in the under 200 dollars. So far I haven't spotted one besides the Walmart deal and I missed it.

Hmmmmm...I'll be there..but not sure if it will be a first store to hit.

For me this is a good ad...it has many items I had hoped to see. So it will likely be the 1st store I hit.. I would love it if much of those items were made available online..PLEASE Target!!

Some things never change...

The last 2 years I have ordered strictly all my Black Friday shopping online... And I have had great success. If I spend 10 dollars more and not have to stay outside for hours on end it is worth it to me..Good luck!

Jen8112 I have two college kids who I plan to purchase them for. My cell phone bill is astronomical! It will save me money in the long run. And they would love it. I am just hoping for a few decent deals on them..

I actually would think it will be worse and possibly not as many sale items. The economy is tanking. Chances are retail is watching closely and making note of the high unemployment numbers. Avg sales year at best. Crossing my fingers I am wrong.

I haven't started..but I am collecting lists and ideas. I plan to start shopping the first week of October for items I know I can't get any cheaper on Black Friday.

I am in the market for an I pod touch. Along with a Garmin Nuvi 550 and curious about the Google Chrome OS Tablet. Watching for a Boost Blackberry or Android or VM's.

I am counting the days..cannot wait to see what electronic items will be the must have this year.

Makes me think I will just skip Walmart again this year...
