My store in Phoenix, AZ had toys at 75% off today. It was weird...there was no one there. It was just me and three full rows of toys! I'll list my finds later. I do remember buying the handheld projector (regularly $100, now $25). Does anyone have this? Is it worth it? I was a little late to work this morning...:)

Thanks! My kids will love this! I also added Kung Fu Panda for $15 to ship for free. I'm sure I could get the movie a little cheaper on Black Friday, but I think this is still a decent deal.

I received a flier from IKEA last week. They are having sales this weekend. But on Tuesday, their 365+ dinnerware set will be 9.99 (reg. 29.99). It is a basic white set with 6 bowls, 6 dessert plates, and 6 dinner plates. The ad does state one per customer, and only while supplies last. We always stock up on these plates...good for guests...good for kids...and I'm not too mad when kids accidentally drop them. BTW, I also noticed that they have a simple table and 4 chairs for $59 (regularly $129). Hope this helps someone.

Keep checking Craigslist. We found a great one there. Moving it was kinda hard. We ended up disassembling it as much as possible and renting a Uhaul. The Uhaul was like $39, so the savings was still huge.
