Yep - have a spare room for extras - off season clothes and gift closet are stored in this room.

My tree is a silver evergleem. Since I can't find a colorwheel off season and can't afford one on season - I use colored lights under it to give the same effect. Paper snowflakes are its only decoration. April

since a lot of walgreens are 24hrs - does anyone know what time these sales start? Thursday? Friday? certain hours? Thank you!

My Church actually hosts the Marine Reserve unit that serves NEOK. Our cub scouts help the Marines by marking barcodes, sorting toys, reminding them to be a kid when they sort/package toys for the groups that request them. (no boy wants to get a single hot wheel as one of his two toys - pack it with a few other hot wheels and a hot wheel set for his two toys! Our Cub Scout Christmas party is before our church does its distribution and we feed the marines pizza, pop and cookies and then hang out with them, sorting and packaging. April

With all of the talk of Friday shopping, I'm wondering if anyone hits Kmart on Thursday? The ones here in OK are open for the football widows (as best I can understand - I've only ever seen 2 men shopping on Thanksgiving Day). Last year I got the leather coats for DH and myself for $100. I always at least put the things I really want, and can find at Kmart on lay-a-way on Thanksgiving day. THEN, I go BF shopping! April

My mom and I have done BF together for a few years. This year, my Best Friend and I will be doing the BF sales together as mom has moved an hour away. Husband will keep the 3 younger kids - we'll take the 12yo with us if she wants to go. She'll come over LATE Thanksgiving night, we'll slumber party with everyone asleep on the living room floor (fire in fireplace if cool enough to warrant). Chell, Meg and I will shop (my blazer not her bitty hatch back!) while DH cooks/plays with the other 3. By the time we get home - hot turkey noodle soup and giftwrapping party. Then crafts & Decorating the tree.
