All 4 of the scarves i ordered were cancelled....

I have had problems with TRU and target before. I worked my time in retail and try not to forget it!!! But, the worst is the gift receipt for the item that is purchased and a few days over the time limit. We had some of those for my sons birthday party. We HAD the gift receipt but because the person had purchased it well before the party, we could not even exchange the item.

how much of a donation will you be making?

Did they say if the bed was $199? And if so, I wonder if all K-marts would honor that price? I am quite a bit away from Watertown.

I would love the bed for $199.......but i don't see it anywhere. My son got the power wheels car for christmas and we are looking for beds for him now......

Microcenter finally took the console off their website and only took them 4 days to refuind my money on an item they never had in stock. The person I spoke to on Monday morning said they never had them!

My Disney Store had basically 40% off everything and then an extra 20% on top of that until 10 am.....

I can say that after waiting on hold now for 45 mins I can not say i recommend dealing with Microcenter.com. They took the orders yesterday for the WII's and no, they do not have them in stock and have no estimated in stock date..... as far as them charging my card he said they would have to send it to their finance department and I would then have to wait for a refund. I said that it is not legal to charge for an item they do not have in stock and he told me "well then sue us!" I told him thet when I got the order confirmation i didn't go get in line because I thought I had one and I knew my Target still had them available and he was like....Lady, unless you had a pre-order or stood in line you would not have gotten one yesterday anyway!!! I asked for a manager to see that the refund was processed in a decent amount of time and he came back and said they have so many complaints stemming from the Wii that no manager is available and he would have to take my number and have someone call me back. Haven't heard from anyone and don't expect to. :mad: SO..........I can't say I suggest Microcenter.......

FYI----- Can't get Microcenter customer service on the phone now!!!! Maybe because it is monday morning but possibly beware! Let's see how quickly they resolve the charge with a backordered item!!

Microcenter........sent me an e-mail this afternoon how many hours after they took the money out of the account, they are on backorder!!! They will let you place the order but then send you a backorder notice later. Now I missed out on it this morning when the Target 5 mins away still had availability at 9 am.........

Just got a confirmation e-mail from Microcenter saying the item will ship within 1-3 days 'providing' the order is in stock...not happy with that. I did just try and add one into my shopping cart and it said the item is no longer available so hopefully what I did this morning was real. They mentioned not charging the card until the item is shipping but the charge was already showing.........

Um......Unless they screw me over and sent an e-mail that says item is not in stock.....Microcenter.com has the wii for sale. I tried for 1 1/2 hours this morning and the system kept giving me problems.....just now it let me all the way to check out and said would ship in 1-2 days....................I will be REALLY mad if this is not the case, will keep you posted!
