This is the response I got from Smith and Hawkens regarding the three pack of herbs in the ceramic pots that was recalled: I have contacted Target who advised the reason the items were pulled from the shelf was due to a labelling issue. In the State Of New York, plant items are required to have a "sell by" date on the package. I appreciate your patience while I researched this matter.
