I was in Michigan City, IN and a lady had about 8 GBA SP and wanted to price match with CC, I told them that was unfair because I just seen them Price Match the same GBA for someone else, but she didn't have 8 she only had one. But the point is there were no signs that said you can only PM one item. I told the manager and he blow it off like it wasn't a big deal. Oh well....love & hate of Wal-Mart :)

All the TVs that I seen had lay-away tags on them with names. Bonus secret to us, but to them, no secret at all. Oh well another good deal flew over my head. :) -

There is no way that they would have known about them being in the secret 8 sale. We would have heard it here a lot sooner than today..... Anyway, every store is probably getting a new shipment with a minimum number of TV's. I also read that this year employees can't have first picks or "hide" items.
I seen about 5 TVs just sitting in the hall waiting to be moved to the back where they store all the layaways. The worker was even putting one on lay-away, so that's why I think they had some idea of which TV would be on sale.

I just seen the commercial for this 52" TV at Wal-Mart advertising for $454 regular price $900
I seen a few workers at the Wal-Mart putting them in lay-away last month and I asked them are they going to be on sale. My ex-favorite Wal-Mart employee looked me dead in my face and said she didn't know why "all of sudden" her fellow employees were putting those TV's on lay-away. At that point I should've listened to my other voice and I should've jumped on the wagon and put the darn TV in lay-away.
I can just kick myself. Oh well maybe next.
2 more days until the big day :trampolin

I KNOW that some employees do that, even though they can get in trouble for doing it.

If your city have a Early Edition Sundaypaper, the toy book is in the paper, but if not it will be in tomorrow paper.

I have noticed a lot of toys that were marked down yesterday. And wanted to put them in lay away, but decided I should wait until next week, but now I think I should go now.

Shame on you if you cut the line especially in front of someone who been standing all night and freezing their buns off. But I do understand the friends that switches up because of the weather or bathroom breaks.

Last year, if you were on the e-mail list, they had the 12 days of Christmas shopping sale. I managed to pick up mp3 players for my kids for under 20 bucks. I hope they bring that back. I was able to slip in at lunch time, pick up my items and get back to work with my kids none the wiser. They were not the high dollar mp3 players, but for an 8 and 6 year old, 20 songs was more thatn enough for them. I was also able to pick up a lot of toys for my nieces and nephews this way. K-mart had something similiar.
I hope they bring that 12 days of Christmas shopping sale back as well, me and my co-worker will go to work early only to take a early break to go to TRU before they open to get the good deals. I picked up one of those MP3 players and it works perfectly fine.

I got 2 through the mail, but everytime I go to the store and pick out my item, I get to the register and that item never qualifies for the coupon! Sometimes it's more of a hassle than the $15 is worth.
I might take them to another LB this time, though.
Same thing happens to me, one lady watch me pick out items that "didn't qualify" and waited until I got to the register in front of everybody and said you can't buy them with that coupon. I could've threw that stuff on the floor and walk out. But instead I left them on the counter and told her thank you......you bleep bleep bleep. Have a Great Day:shock:
