My biggest concern was once the order went through and I received confirmation for the purchase, 'no proof that one would receive the 20% cash back on purchase) After talking with the live chat associate, she told me it would be best to just cancel the order to be safe. This was after I told her I was only purchasing the item only if it qualifies for the cash back. Once she said the item did not qualify, it was canceled. You know how a company charges you for something and once you return an item or cancel it, the charges will continue to stay on your credit card for a several days. Well my credit card was charged one minute and the charges was gone the next. It was extremely fast I'm glad that you thought of the BBB. I hope you get your 20% cash back, please let us know the results

I ordered a camera early in the day, however when I talked with the live chat associate-she told me at first that everything on the site was eligible for 20% cash rebate. Then later told me that only specific items qualify for the cash back. I had to cancel my order because it didn't qualify. The specifics of this promotion wasn't clearly stated. The biggest problem determining if the 20% cash back was on all items or specific items. I thought if you made a purchase using paypal one would get the cash back.
