I was at the Target in Wheaton Plaza (Wheaton, MD -- Montgomery County Maryland) today. Not one of my regular stores, but I thought I'd take a chance and see what they had. I couldn't resist the ladies snow boots that were marked down to $4.98 (orig. $19.99). Like I need another pair of snow boots. The i-lamps are $14.98 (no boxes) and they have about 7 or 8 of them in a few colors. They've got the BUNN black or white 10 cup coffee makers marked down to $69.XX (orig. $99.99). I've always wanted one, but I think that I'll wait and see if they mark it down to 50% off or more. Does anyone know anything about this mark-down???

Hi everyone! Reporting in from Montgomery County Maryland. First of all, we don't seem to have the great deals that all of you seem to kind in other parts of the country. Most of the stores around here don't have the Dollar Spot (or the 2 for $5 section in the Dollar Spot) anymore. Today I decided to go over to the closest Target (Rockville, Maryland) and peruse the perimeter or as I like to call it cruising the perimeter. Almost nothing on the endcaps and the shelves near the perimeter endcaps. Toys, no toys, on clearance. I checked price checker for the Stainless Steel Firebowl & Bench and it did show that it was $17.48 (DPCI:009-04-0114). However, it indicated that there were none in the back and none in inventory. So, I decided to take a look and there it was -- one, lonely Stainless Steel Firebowl & Bench in a box. I grabbed it. There was a woman standing next to me and she picked up one of the copper ones. I don't know what the price was, but I just took my $17.48 deal. I've wanted one for a long time, but like everything else I impulse buy -- I probably will never use it! Thanks for the heads-up on the price! It is a great deal!

Hi everyone, I'm mostly a lurker and don't post but I read every single Perimeter Perusing at Target post and drool over the bargains. I don't know where all of you live, but I never see so many great deals at any of the Target stores in Montgomery County Maryland like you find. I usually check 3 stores. I sometimes think that the customers and employees think that I'm weird because I just peruse the perimeter scanning the endcaps for bargains. Note: The only thing that I've seen is the $9.98 Melitta One:One Coffee/Pod Maker. But I bought the Juan Valdez (made by Melitta) last year when they first came out -- but I did get it on sale along with 6 boxes of coffee pods. Why don't they have the good stuff at the great price reductions here? It's just not fair. <g> I'm not whining. I'm just pouting and my lower lip is really sticking out far. Since I can't post any smilies or icons: Imagine a Frownie Smilie here!

Provresgrp, I'm going to be purchasing a Chevy Equinox (or lasrger SUV, if possible). If you still have the GM coupon, I'd love to have it -- and maybe I'll purchase a larger SUV. Please let me know if you still have the coupon. Thanks, Sweetie Poo's Mom
