Same story in Montgomery County Maryland!

None of the Free Shipping Codes worked when I tried them. I got the You Didn't Meet the Minimum Purchase message. Are there any other valid codes for free shipping out there?

I just read the Rite-Aid ad that begins tomorrow (Sunday, May 25) and they are selling a Pure Digital (aka Flip Video -- same manufacturer) Point & Shoot Video Camcorder for $69.99 minus a $40 Single Check rebate = $29.99 (final price) HOT BUY! Page 8, bottom of the page, next to some alarm clocks. I went to Rite-Aid to take a look at it (actually, went to 2 Rite-Aids to find it) and here's the deal --- it is the 30 minute camcorder. Target has a 66-page magazine looking insert in this Sunday's paper (Sunday, July 15) called, Brave New Dorm College 07. (It is part of the coupon insert package.) On the back cover, there's a peel-off coupon for $5 off any purchase of $75 or more. The coupon expires 8/21/2007.

Thanks everyone for the "heads-up" on the 30% off (Clearance) -- patio chair cushions. I bought 4 of them 10 days ago when they were only 10% off (regular price = $29.99) and the stock was very limited. I haven't even used them yet! I called the store I bought them at and the Guest Services' manager told me to bring the receipt in and one of the cushions. She'd return/refund the cushions and I could buy them at the clearance price = $20.98. After I finished in Guest Services, I looked around the Seasonal Dept and there were tons and tons of the cushions -- all patterns, colors, sizes, etc. Thanks again!

Thank you grace474 for the tip about the $24.XX BUNN Coffee Makers in Northern VA I found the BUNN Coffee Maker finally reduced to $24.XX in Montgomery County Maryland. I bought 3 of them tonight. One for me and one for my neighbor. I'll see if anyone I work with wants to buy the 3rd one. I love this group and everyone's willingness to share the details of the great deals they find!

I was going to start perusing the Target stores in the NOVA suburbs -- but the weather and road conditions are cramping my style. Last week I hit the Targets in Frederick, Gaithersburg, Wheaton, Germantown, Rockville ane Silver Spring!!! Not much of anything at any of the stores. When I was at the Frederick store, a woman grabbed a black brocade doggy dress ($3.24) for her friend's Male Pug???? I said "Gee, that dress would look great on my Sweetie Poo!" She just laughed and said that the Male Pug won't know that it's a dress, so she wouldn't let me buy it:confused:

I ordered my phones on a Saturday and it took a few *business* days for the shipment to arrive. By the way, they ship them via FedEx and you MUST sign for the package. I wasn't home when FedEx came, so I called FedEx and had them sent to the FexEx office and put on "Hold for pick up." FedEx must make one attempt at a home delivery before they will Hold for Pick up.

Today I went to my local Target looking for the Wine Bottle Cooler. There were 2 Silver (Exterior) and 1 *Red* Emerson 8 Bottle Wine Coolers on the shelf. I asked one of the clerks to use his scanner to check the price. The price was $79.99 -- on the Silver one. I told him that I heard that they were $19.98 So I asked him to scan the Red one and it was $19.98 (There were a few different tags on it -- inlcuding one that said it was Silver and another that said No Bar Code.) I took it to the register and it came up 00. I told the cashier that it was $19.98 (according to the clerk with the scanner.) I also said that I thought it was a Christmas item and it should be 90% off. He agreed. Cashier called the manager over, who BTW just a few minutes earlier bumped into me on the escalator and almost knocked me down the escalator. The Manager said that he like the idea that I was an educated consumer and ......... Drum Roll, please ....................... The Total with Tax was $2.09 Yes, you read that right, Two dollars and nine cents!!!!!! I just opened the box and it looks like it is fresh stock and never opened.
