  1. Can someone explain this forfeiture process? I had been banking points for 15 months and just used 29k of them on an appliance purchase on 1/15. I would have been furious if I lost those points. Is there any place explaining this change to RZ?
  2. At what point were you able to verify the price? I'm about to enter a CC and it still says $749.99. Seems like a nice deal.
  3. I asked to buy the display and was denied the ability to do so....at three stores. Any thoughts on how to convince them they are supposed to sell the displays when all signs indicate this is a clearance item? Thanks, Steve
  4. Ross, I got the 1405 on Sat for $699. It was the 1505 on Sun, the 1705 on Mon, and the B130 on Tues. It's possible the 1505 only had a 80gig on Sun but I didn't remember it. It might be nice if GD would track the Days of Dells stuff like sometimes happens with WootOffs. I'm trying to decide if I should cancel the 1405 and buy this 1505. I would lose 20 gig, and pay $160 to get a slightly larger screen, better screen WXGA+ TFT up to SXGA+, and get a better video card. The bluetooth upgrade is $49 for this but was only $20 on the 1405 so that accounts for some of the jump. Is the video card upgrade really necessary ($99 to the 256MB Radeon)? What about the $71 screen upgrade? Does Ultrasharp make a big difference? Thanks for all that you guys do to help the rest of us out. Steve
  5. How does the E1505 compare to the E1405? They were the same price during this promotion. The E1505 has a larger screen but some add-ons were more expensive on it. I ordered the 1405 on Sat but I still have time to cancel and get the 1505. Any advice? 6. Any thoughts on how this compares to the other recent Dell laptop deals? My HP died and the service plan is up so I'm SOL. -Steve
  7. Thanks for posting this. My guess is that the owners of the dogs I walk will be impressed and I will have spent less than $15. Thanks again. Too bad the bandanas didn't come in Black and Gold.
  8. Thanks for posting these. I look forward to seeing the rest!
