I used to hit the Jeffersonville outlets all the time, and I found that the times I scored the mind-blowing, heart-stopping deals was the Friday before Memorial day, 4th of July weekend, and Labor Day. I did go one time on a black Friday, don't think I saw a single deal that interested me. Maybe times have changed since then, though. What about Cincinnati Mills? Not as many stores, but closer to good stores if their deals turn out to be duds.
