Stopped by Target this morning and picked up quite a bit at 50% off. I was going to get a few bags of the Halloween Quaker granola bars but they came up item not found??? The cashier grabbed them back and said that they must have been recalled and refused to sell them to me. My question is does anyone know if they were recalled? My kids got quite a few of those while trick or treating and I would like to know if they were really recalled or if they were just telling me that.

I had the same thing happen to me when I scanned the granola bars but I asked a manager and she let me buy them at 50% off. Got 6 bags for 1.24 each plus several boxes of chips at 2.49 each, Oreos and Gripps snacks for 2.49 for the kids school lunch. Also stocked up on paper plates, Bounty, plastic ware and cups for Thanksgiving. Who cares if they are orange and black? :-)

I went to Kmart to buy the 32in LCD for $400 but when I got there they had a 37in on clearance for $537. Plus they gave me a 10% discount because the box was open even though it was new. So before taxes, it cost me $485 for this 37 in. AMAZING DEAL IMO.

Just back from a different Target....I bought the big wall clock and the huge wall mirror..both were $150 each but got them for $37 each! Then my sister met me there and she wanted the last mirror coffee and end table. The coffee table was 280.00 marked down to 70.00 and the end table was marked down to 37.00 from 150.00. However, it had a little scratch so she got it for 90% off = Grand Total.......$80...Great day at Target today!!!

Did anyone use the $10 off code to order from netshops.com? Did your order get canceled? I used the code and placed an order on Wednesday morning to buy the $11.00 cast iron skillet. With the code, the price with tax was $1.07.

 

I just checked my email and see that my order was canceled. Did anyone else have the same experience?
