I think this applies to Kmart as well because the tablets that Kmart had on sale, I was able to purchase for pick up at at the BF prices.

  3. for me, I think that my disappointment in the ads is coming from the fact that I used to scour the ads for toys. This year, my kids have reached an age where they don't really play with toys all that much anymore :( And since American Girl Doll (they've never had one, but will this year) doesn't mark down their dolls...... I have to look through the ads again. Not as a sad mommy whose kids are growing up, but as a mom who is looking for older kid stuff.....

I agree with you. My four kids are all at the point where all they want are electronics which cost more than toys so that means a lot less presents under the tree this year. And now my kids also want cash or gift cards so I can't even enjoy buying them clothes.

  4. SOOOOO.....are y'all sitting down? Walmart cashiers were just instructed to price match Walmart.com pricing and other online competitor pricing starting BF, as long as the customer has a copy of the ad from the website, or has the ad displayed via their smartphone from a mobile site. This is awesome news!!!!

This is wonderful news!!! I can't wait because the online prices are sometimes cheaper than the store and never understood why they wouldn't match the price.

  5. Ebay had their daily deals up on the homepage. There is a 10" tablet that looks good for my 12 yr old. Can anyone take a gander and let me know? My son age 17 says its too slow, but for the price wasn't sure. I don't want to pay over $200. Don't care its an off brand.

The specs seem ok but the Amazon reviews are bad for this device. Doesn't sound like a good item to buy.

  6. There is an item that Walmart sells for $20 more than its competitor and I'm thinking about buying it now. But I wanted to know if Walmart would price match it to give me the $20 back if I bring the ad in on Black Friday.

Trying to avoid the hassle of going to KMART since I'd only be going for the one item.

  7. Hoping to snag two of the Mach tablets for $69 for my 12yr old twins

I just saw that walmart has these tablets for $ 89 right now. Do you know if I bought them now at Walmart if they would price match to kmart bf price on that Friday?

I'm trying to avoid the hassle of going to kmart since I only want the tablets and nothing else.

  8. Thank you! Although I was just checking before bed and now I fired up the laptop and am wide awake!! Lol

I hate the differently timed "events" because my store never does it by the rules and people are animals and rip through things. Walmart could stop the madness but they thrive on the negative stories imo.

I'm in need to a TV for the kids room. Wondering if I have a better change of getting the 24" here or the 32" in at Kmart or Sears?? Decisions, decisions
