Pfffttt, I went to two Targets yesterday. Sadly disappointed. The first one, I bought a 2-pack of ladies stretchy gloves for 74cents and a scarf/glove/hat set for $4.98. The second Target had the same gloves for $1.xx and the same scarf set for $13.98. Christmas was basically wiped out at both locations. Found none of the deals y'all are finding.

I went to Walmart yesterday morning and it was 50% off. Went back last night, and I hit the 75%! WOOHOOO! I picked up 6 boxes of lights, 3 more rolls of wrapping paper, some of the cute John Deere stuff for DH, and some ribbon. Was a happy camper!:)

75% here too, but I didn't find anything that we could use. Pretty well picked over, and replaced by the plastic totes now.

I didn't make this craft, but bought it last year at a market. Bought a "huge* dried okra painted like Santa, with a string hanger. SO ADORABLE, and I bet simple to make!!!

I agree, they haven't been nearly as busy. Makes life less aggravating for me, anyway. Last night, I still saw some of the basket displays full of BF "deals," believe it or not.

Still have to do ALL of my shopping, finish crafting, wrap, ship out a box, holiday baking (galore), and decorate the beatiful live tree that sits naked in my living room. That's after working 60 hrs last week and 70 hrs this week, just to be sure Santa can even make an appearance this year. This year is a big, fat Bah-humbug for me (unfortunately).
