All I was saying is that it would be nice to show the people that provide you with a service atleast once a week that you appreciate them even if its only with a plate of cookies. It may be there job but if they do it day in and day out and smile and chat with you everytime you come in for a cup of coffee it wouldnt kill you to show them a little kindness during the holidays. And I feel sorry for your paper boy, mailcarrier and hairdresser.

I used to buy cards, leave a little note in some and put a wallet sized pic of the kids. This year I am taking my own pic of the kids, getting the picture cards from yahoo photos mailed to me sending them out and calling it a day.

Don't forget your regular pizza delivery guys or the cashier at the gas station or deli you stop at every morning for coffee or the waitress at your favorite little restaurant that you go to once a week. These people would even just appreciate a plate of cookies. I work at a pizzeria as the waitress/counter person and the nicest man who gets pizza every friday always hands my atleast $50 before christmas and tells me to get my kids something. He is so sweet!

Even though I don't bring my kids with me on bf I make sure to bring the stroller since most carts are inuse and if you go to the mall there is no way to carry everything any other way.
