  1. I remember this from last year and it's still funny, can't say I've ever done any though. :)
  2. Well I'm in the Pacific Northwest so BF is right in the rainy season. I don't remember a BF without rain sometime during the day. Doesn't bother me though and forget the umbrella just a raincoat here. We only get snow maybe once or twice doesn't get that cold here.
  3. I check the site at least 3-5 times daily. And now that the ads are coming I'm checking and reading even more.
  4. I have star station and star station on the go. I got the star station on the go for 2.74 on clearance at Target about around Sept. Looked like someone returned it and they put it on clearance. My sons 2, 3.5, and 7 love it especially my 7 year old. The songs are really good. And they are interchangable which is a great thing.
  5. Well, I have a two year old, but he has two older brothers so all he really does is play with their stuff. :) But here's a few ideas noehlp has the right idea any favorite character? Mine loves Diego so he'll get a few things maybe the Diego rescue center Few easy puzzles K'nex for little kids (ages 3 and up, but my little one doesn't have any trouble) Musical toys (of course banned to their room after Christmas) And he'll probably get a ride on toy or a little basketball hoop Good luck
  6. So far I have been really lucky. Apparantly there was a huge fight at the Walmart that I was at last year, I didn't find out about it untill later when my husband called to check on us after the morning news. People got hurt and somebody apparantly had a gun and was in the altercation and that's why it made the news. I love the calm video so far I haven't had a Walmart experience like that. After last year I think I might be skipping Walmart, it would have to be a HUGE deal for me to brave that again.
  7. LMAO I love the music That got me so excited. I can't wait for BF!
  8. I got T-shirts for myself there. Just big oversized ones to sleep in at night. Got a bunch for under $10. A lot of them were 1.47 or 2.49 I love Old Navy Clearance!
  9. We have a Prime outlet just 20 min away. But I never go on BF, only sometimes during BF weekend. But I usually spend way too much on BF that I'm afraid to go to the outlets too. :)
  10. Yeah I remember after the CNN story broke. I couldn't get on, and I was freakin out. And then the lite version came on later. So I bet alot of people will remember from last year.
  11. I go with girlfriends of mine on BF. After shopping we go out to eat. And then go home to relieve our husbands from the kids. Usually don't get home till 3-4pm. So no nap but I go to bed early and leave the unpacking the van till the next day, when the kids aren't around.
  12. wow I didn't know that I guess I need to get to 100 pretty soon I would love to post a pic. I'm on here all the time (don't our hours count?) LOL I love to see everyone talking and all the good deals here, just don't have alot of time to post.
  13. Found some great things at my Target yesterday. Little odds and ends, found 4 puzzles org.14.97 got it for 3.74 and my best find of the day is the Kid Bopz headphones on clearance for 2.74 I couldn't believe it! It's my youngest birthday next week he'll be 2. And loves music Just wanted to encourage all the people who have a hard time finding those deals. I have to try very hard here to get any good clearance prices. But it paid off to look on the endcap yesterday. Yea!
  14. Thanks for the heads up, with my son's b-day coming up. This will help.
  15. I found the best deal by going directly to the site of Avis, or Dollar or so forth. I tried going through Expedia and Orbitz but it was much higher. And try to find a coupon. We rented a minivan for our trip in Dec and paid around 450 for 9 days, of course it was during the holidays, so I think it was a little high. Good Luck
  16. There were some things I was tempted by but I found so much in-store that I passed on this one. The deals at the store were so good.
  17. I have to put in my two cents too. I am addicted to this site and love all the good deals, the new format is great and is easier to navigate. Keep up the good work guys.

    Target 90%

On Thurs here it was only 75% bought around $50. On Friday I went and spent 32.48 and everything was 90% off. Well on Sat. we went by another Target (gotta love Target hee hee) and spent 15.31 on more stuff that was 90% off. Lots of stuff for Christmas and Sat I found little trucks marked down to .09 and ninja turtles (little ones that walk) for .19 Bought them out. They are going to be great for B-day gift bags. I have three boys so almost all our parties are boys. The toys here are still 30% off. I only bought the playdough table for 13.98. Other Christmas stuff here is still not marked down. I'll have to check back later though, my husband thinks I'm nuts for going to different Targets and checking different days. Oh well :)
  20. Okay I feel better now, knowing that I'm not the only one who went a bit nuts. We have spent 1200 on kids (our three and two neices) and little stuff for me and dh. Still have 100 left to spend on family and one big thing for dh.An ipod.

    Diego?

I can feel your pain, my son who just turned 3 is a huge Diego fan. I have found some Diego figures with Tico at Fred Meyer. A grocery store/department store. Haven't seen anything at Target or Walmart. I would try off stores like Big Lots. I wish they would really make some Diego things there is a huge market right now with the TV shows. Good Luck
  22. This is the problem that I am having, my six year old wants expensive presents and he still believes in Santa. My three year old wants mainly non-expensive things $30 or less and the baby at one year old won't even notice he'll probably play with the wrapping paper more than anything. lol But I'm not sure to stick with the same money or the same amount of gifts. The baby doesn't need as much as the others and it's hard trying to come up with some ideas for him, as he got the other kids hand me down toys. Should I just try to keep the gifts around the same number? Or the same $? By the way my son's big gift this year is a gamecube with a couple of games.
  23. ooh, ooh, me too, me too, my hubby wants a GPS system, I just don't know anything about them but I also thought about the one from Target. So any info will be appreciated :)
