These are GREAT!!!. The longer they sit the stronger they are. Bourbon Balls 2 1/2 cups vanilla wafers crumbled 1 cup confectioners sugar 1 cup broken pecans 1/4 cup light corn syrup 2 TBS. cocoa 1/2 cup Bourbon additional powdered sugar to roll the balls in. Sift together cocoa and sugar. Combine bourbon and corn syrup and stir into sugar mixture. Blend in vanilla wafer crumbs and peacans. Roll into 1-inch balls and coat with powdered sugar.Let stand for about a week to blend flavors.
