I agree, Target was a pain this year, you either have the stock and its accounted for in your inventory or you don't, then don't sell it. My beef was the Lord of the Rings DVD set, if it was a price mistake (of course they say they sold out, then why didn't it say so, it did later on in the morning), why didn't you catch it before it hit the printers, what no editing of your ads? I am quessing people who bought from the store got the price? But other than that, just bought DVD's and some games

One must remember too that deals that are posted one day may not work the next day, codes expire, product goes out of stock or the company pulls the promotion. Just saw that with Target and the LOTR DVD set, they didn't want to honor the deal so they cancelled the orders. Its fustrating but common.

I wonder if they were honoring in store? I love the way they waited till the end of the weekend before contacting everyone, no way to price match or try to pick up in store (though I am sure there was only a few copies if they weren't planning on selling them as a BF item)

Ok I just got the cancellation on this, you know I ordered as soon as it went live, how cheesy, if it was a price mistake, admit it but don't throw us they don't have enough...why did it allow us to order, again, they have counters on it, if you have x amount of products you put that number in and count down.
