I haven't gone Black Friday shopping for THREE WHOLE YEARS. There just hasn't been anything I've needed. Not great prices for stuff i WANT either....

have ordered MANY times from Tiger Direct. (including this deal which by the way, the second link says CANADA, so I called CS and they are well aware of the problem, and you will still get the rebate. ) Not only have I NEVER had a problem with TD, they are very nice when you call adn there is a guarantee on the page for lots of their stuff about rebates, so buy from them with confidence!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to BB at about 7pm last night to pay for an already ordered (By the store ) copy of Nero that they screwed my brother out of, and noticed that they still had the 29.99 AR vidoe card. THe flyer said 8 per store and there were still 3 or 4 on the shelf. I was really surprised. On a sad note, it seems that my local BB is getting more like Home Depot every day. If you don't have a D*** between your legs or on your arm. (IE Boyfriend, husband etc) you are ignored...... I didn't need assistance, just wanted to be checked out in the tech dept and was waiting for close to an hour when there were at least 7 or 8 employees just standing around Bsing.

I've had one for months and I use it to record my VHS that aren't avail on dvd. STill use VHS for daily time shifting though. I will never get rid of them (I have like 4 of them). I don't even use the recorder for regular dvds that I watch. I have another palyer hooked up for that. This one is dedicated just for recording VHS. I have to admit, that the settings are so conveluted (SP?) that I won't change them for fear of not being able to get them back again...lol but yeah, it IS cool!

Was looking for a wool coat, but even at 50% off, 100 is still too much for me to pay for a coat. STill, I have til tomorrow to change my mind and buy it anyway.

they beef up security? I've never noticed that before. Besides, I know a guy who used to work BB security, and it's a JOKE. (he's Geek squad now, also a joke).

the one thing I wanted was Nero7 FAR. it can usually be found for like 20 AR during the year, but free is always nice. (I already have the D/L version, but it would be nice to be able to read the popup alerts I get. I don't speak/read German...LOL)

THe one MAIN Item that I was gonna go out and get is on line at BB, so I'm gonna sleep late for the second year in a row. THere were a couple of things in CC and kompussr that I was gonna get "since I am already out", but now I'm not even gonna bother with them. Is there nothing good out there, or do I already have everything that I NEED?????

YEah, I'll confirm that it's 10 off 20 also it's 20 purchase, not a single item, so if you get lots of cheap things like I always do, it's usable. (It does say not on specials though. ) Also, it says on CLEARANCE items, so be forwarned, YMMV on other stuff. Usual exclusions too, so read carefully. There's also a 15% coupon on another page....

READ AT BB by me they have an awning that has lights in it so it's fine, and at OM where I have gone first for the past few years, I usually read by the lights in the parking lot while sitting in my car til someone else shows up. then I just stand by the door and try to read by the light coming from inside the store. (my book fits in the pocket of my coat, so I don't even have to go put it in the car before I go in.

I always keep my $Bills in my bra, but the CHANGE I put in my pocket. I don't care if they try for that. The biggest thrill I will have had in a while if they do...lol

I'm in NJ, and if it's 93 in NY, I wanted to know what drugs bestbuy7 was on...lol
