Yes, that is how it works. I have several Lowes stores within an hour and half from me. Only one store has it at the sale price. So try every zip in your area that you are willing to drive to.

I bought a Grab Box from them. I didn't get anything useful in it but I am sure it was worth at least what I paid. I won't buy that sort of thing from them again. The shipping was fast and I would order something from them again if I needed it, just not the Grab Box.

Ok, so I just fake ordered a tv. It was 179 and free ship and it did charge tax. The one that I really ordered did not charge tax but cost .01 and 149 to ship. That may be the reason.
