I have had great luck renting cars through priceline. The car rental feature is one of priceline's best attributes, with hotels being a close second. It sometimes takes a bit to learn how to bid, but we have rented cars for as low as 17 / day. Availability and timing are big deals with respect to whether you can get the car or not. Airport fees can add significantly to the cost. Priceline rentals are highly market dependant. San Diego was a breeze; Buffalo nearly impossible to get a good price.

75% off at Target #1 in St. Louis. Target #2 had only 50% off. Go figure.

I'm betting the 75% off starts on Sunday.
