I'm sure there are exceptions but in my experiences, items I've ordered from Amazon have always been shipped and delivered well before the date that they have stated. I just placed and order yesterday afternoon with a ship date of Nov 26, got an shipment notification that it was shipped today.

Doh our pickup date is Dec 7th, was wondering what everyone was gonna do with their packages so early to hide from the kids. Lucky for me it's just the tv for me and I just needed it to be held so hubby can pick it up, hopefully tomorrow on his day off. If you are worried about Kmart not having enough Thanksgiving you can check out the sales they have now and use the 20% coupon on the sale price. The have a "Vizio 32" LCD HDTV w/integrated digital tuner and 2 HDMI inputs" for $629.99 and with the 20% it'll be about $504. I think they have a 42" zenith plasma tv next week and with the 20% off coupon may be even a better deal. I don't know how Zenith is but But Vizio is getting good reviews. I just got one of their 37" but haven't set it up yet.

I picked up the Animal Crossing game the other day too, was made sweeter that it's packaged with a bonus memory card. I see they have clearanced some more Wii games too but they are still in the $20 & $30 range.

I agree also that it can be very disappointing. Although I've also gotten a few good surprises as well cause often it tells me things are out of stock or unavailable at all the stores near me and I walk in and find a shelf full. I'm watching the family tree baby stuff for my brother, and it says we have none locally and I went in and 2 stores still had a shelf full Saturday. Too bad was still at 30% tho, lol. I was at our local TRU today and the employees also were very helpful going out of the way to help, maybe they were having a bad day where you were(no excuse tho, but hope you have better service next time. I got there a little bit before noon and by the time I got all the things I went for it was waaaay later but the prices for the sale were still good and was told they'd be good all day, some even had signs in front of it stating good all day friday and saturday. I wanted to use both of my coupons that came in the paper so they broke my order up so I could do that and also offered to let me use my gift card from the first purchase. I was gonna save til tuesday, scanned all my coupons that I had from the internet(polly pocket, nutripals,mattel any product and monopoly bucks,) with no complaints. Also one Bionicle toys that were 50% for $4.99 also rung up as part of the buy 1 get one 50% of so it rung up $2.50. I was shopping for 5 kids and was very pleasantly surprise by the helpfulness of the staff and the fact that the store was neat and had a good supply of everything despite me going in on the tail end of the sale. I did miss out on the preorder of the Mario game tho but that was my fault as the tickets were there when I walked in and I waited til I did all my shopping to get one and they had run out. Sorry for the length.

We had some in that range as well that were in the case. the $13 games were on an end with other clearance items in electronics.The GBA games here were the same $13 as well with a few for 9.98. For 3.98 I may have to go back.

I was also told by a manager, 90% wednesday but it was still early in the day so i went on and pick up stuff as they were adding to the shelf, will go back tomorrow to pick the things I wanted but weren't must haves. there were 2 1/2 aisles of costumes, 1 1/2 aisles and 2 end caps candy,1 full aisle and a half of decorations, napkins, plates, drinks and other stuff scattered in with other clearance I did get these as soon as she put them out, and she still had more boxes of stuff in the back 25 ct playdoh 1.24 glad zip bags .74 20 ct snickers and 20 ct twix full size bars 2.74 (a whole end cap was still left) 15 ct willy wonka full size assortment 2.xx glad press and seal also got: tshirts 1.50 oven and rotisserie cooker 24.98 girls seperates(skirts,tops,jackets,jeans) 3.24 ritz bits .88 various Wii games 13.xx various GameCube games 13.xx wii pack with memory card & holder, 12 games case and controller grips 12.xx snow white and a bella costume dress 6.00 left lots to get tomorrow but won't fret if I don't make it,although I would like to get one of the kiddie dance mats (disney or strawberry shortcake) for 13.x8) but was alot left will see if goes down to 75% also one of the karaoke games with microphone. they had so many games clearanced for each platform, gonna be some happy gamers this year.

Still 50% at 2 of the Greensboro Targets, also was able to use some of the polly pocket coupons. I found 1 of the polaroid media players that a previous poster mentioned but i was still marked 30% at 69.99 but ringing up $99 which they tried to get me to pay . one of the other associates came over with one of the pda thingies and don't idk what he saw but said he'd let me have it for the 69 which i politely declined. He stuck it under the register.

Any body in need of baby items may want to watch the Graco "Family Tree" Line marked 30% right now. They had several each of the strollers, play yard, high chairs, etc.

Thanks for the recommendations. I'm have no clue when it comes to wines, lol. I had been checking several of them out though since there were so many clearance signs in that section. We have a couple of gatherings coming up and figured I'd have something on hand for those who wanted it. I was last there on Sunday but several of the display applicances were marked down further and placed on an end cap. I know there was an rival ice cream maker clearanced 10.xx and the display was $7.xx, display tea maker was 4.xx, they had the 4.5qt kitchenmaid mixer for 82.xx display. forget brand but also a red toaster, some calphalon 8qt pan/pot, sure I'm forgetting some things. I only bought a hamilton beach 10 speed blender for 9.xx and personal size blender for 4.xx, 2pk bonus pS2 games for 10.xx. lots of other clearance previously mention was still out also.

That particular item may be salvaged as I went to get a 2nd bookcase a second target and no pieces were even on display just had one of the side tables left. The first target had all pieces still on display and had several of the tv consoles left and I got the last of the other instock pieces.
