Thanks again for helping me get a great deal!
Just got the Samsung 50" plasma for $798 at BB free shipping thanks to the great people on this forum! No waiting in line no worries about does it fit in my car!
This Forum Rocks!!!!!

Thanks so much for the hint of calling and getting free shipping, I just ordered one too!The t.v. wasn't available for store pick up so I called Best Buy need help # 1-800-931-3717 and they offered me free shipping.

what would be the advantage to get the 450, they are both 720?This Sammy A400 is last years model, hence the discount. Spend the extra hundred or 2 and get the A450 which Newegg has for 1029.00 (much better than the 1199 @ CC and 1299 @ BB).
Also, new plasma tv's arent prone to burn in as one person stated. Maybe back a couple years ago they were but its relatively non existent today (unless you buy an off brand like Vizio, etc). Research and you will find this is true. Also, IMO LCD's have a limited viewing area, get off axis to the tv and the screen blurs, plasma's do not do this. LCD's have a hard time displaying deep blacks where as plasma's are much better at this as well.
Just do some research before buying any TV and attempt to get independant info from like CNet or similar. You have to be careful about what you read in these threads.
I think this is the best deal I've seen and no waiting in crazy lines!

Did anyone actually get this deal, it now says 1498.Another Better Than Black Friday sighting: 50 inch 1080p Plasma plus Xbov for $999.98 @ CC.
Good deal on the TV plus an Xbox. Tough to beat. They won't ship and returns could become dicey as time passes, but no lines, either
-
Has anyone from hear actually gotten to do any of these surveys?
-
Thanks for adding the shipping codes, I just got a garlic press $11.xx (already shopped in the store), cause they didn't have it at the store, so free shipping for such a small thing is really nice!

I use about 10 green bags, mine are mostly cloth, I use them everywhere. It takes longer to bag and I usually do the bagging myself, but I hate throwing away plastic bags and I was collecting a mountain of them! In Seattle they are going to start charging for plastic bags.
-
Can you get them to ship it to their store and then pay for it there? There has to be a manager at a store that can help you! It really doesn't make sense!
-
I can't wait to go tomorrow and then back on Monday after Sundays paper!!!
-
Do you guys know if the Niles store is doing this too? It would be better to go there since it's a superstore, more grocery coupons could be used.
I wish they allowed internet coupons, then I would really be excited!

I hope there are some fridges left when we come home from vacation, our fridge is dying and we really need a new one. Now I wish I wasn't on vacation just so I can save a few hundred!
Oh well maybe I'll get lucky and there will still be one or two left. I really want a bottom freezer.

Make sure you guys go to your email or their site, there is a survey for children games, I just qualified for them sending us a game and $15 Walmart giftcard!
-
If your son ends up liking soccer make sure you keep your eye on them at Target, I have every size from 1-6 (three kids play soccer here) all for $4.98 on clearance.
-
Boardman Target 75% off not a whole lot but I still managed to spend $150.
A few things still 50 and 30%.
-
Which stores did you hit?well I was in 3 Targets 2 were 50% off on patio and the other was 75%
I was at Boardman and there's was 75%, is Niles still 50% or are you talking about somewhere else?
There were a lot more clearance kids clothes at Niles, most of Boardman's stuff is 50 and 30.

How do these prices compare to others, $7.99 is really good for the books right? I have never done any books but for this price it sounds like i may have to try it. How fast did the books come?

It's so funny how in different areas things are different at these sales. I'm glad I went, I worked 2 days, got 110 in credit, used it all plus 14. There were no price difference from the first day to the last here, so in my part of the woods, it's best to get there the first day because there were more $1, $2 books to be had, we had no pack a box area, I would have loved that! But in all I had a good time, the place was actually in a really nice hotel, in a banquet room, so we didn't get dirty and they provided drinks, I will do it again if I can. We were never too busy when I was there so it was really easy work, and we were paid the $10 an hour and able to have the same prices as everyone else.

That's a bummer, this will be the first one I'm going to, I'm also working it, not sure of the times though she was supposed to call me back this week to remind me but never did, i'm gonna have to check my emails and try and get the numbers to call her, hopefully this one will be better than your experience. I wonder why they all seem to be different?
Sorry you had a bad experience:(

Thanks for telling us about your sale, I'm hoping mine will be as good and I'm gonna have to ask about the increase in pay, that would be nice. I'm gonna have to take a picture of our library or make a list before I go to mine so I don't buy a book we already have. They just put up a sale in my area (about 45 minutes away). It's supposed to be a big warehouse, so I think I may venture over there tomorrow. My son's birthday is in two weeks, and he is an incredibly avid reader...if I can pick up some discount books that would be great!!! Hope it turns out well!!! :)
I just got back from the warehouse. Holy cow, talk about a ton of books!!! This was one of the greatest sales ever (for my family at least). I managed to get somewhere around 30 books (a lot we had already purchased through book orders and book fairs) and spent $47. I did notice a sign that volunteers at our sale were to get a $20 credit for each hour worked. Not sure if they upped the amount everywhere, but I wish I had time to work. Thanks for the heads up OP!!! :)

yes that is the one, mine was the display one, and it had been marked down a few times so it maybe awhile til it gets marked down to $5.21. Maybe we'll use it tomorrow for mother's day and try it out. I'll let you guys know how it works.I wonder if the Ice Cream machine is this one:
Rival Gel Canister Ice Cream Maker - 1 qt.
Some one who got one, can you confirm?

Rocket grill looks like a toaster sorta and you put whatever your cooking into their paper holders and then grill in it.what is a rocket grill and why do you use parchment paper on it?
-
Were the prices really good or just ok?
Were you able to get the stuff you wanted right away or did you have to wait?
On a different note were you able to get your .23 pizza at papa johns yesterday? I got a voucher for one over here.
Thanks for the info.

Wow, I'm really sorry this is happening to you, they should have told you when you were buying it that there were no support people in your area. In the least they should refund you the home service! Hope everything works out!

I'm guessing this would work
