I was lucky enough to get one of the $98 32" HDTVs with built in DVD player for my mom... she still has analog TVs - so I can't wait to see her face when she opens that one... i got her "It's a Wonderful Life" on DVD and the clues will lead her to her new TV.

The big price drops should be coming soon - when there is no longer a chance of people getting the items in time for Christmas then they really clear them out.

I think all of mine have made it... one of my Prime Amazon DVDs was late - I emailed them and they extended my Prime for a month for the inconvenience - that to me is great customer service! DVD showed up the next day = very happy shopper.

FINALLY got my Kohl's order in - although it came in several shipments (all the stores seem to be doing that this year - makes it harder to keep up with the orders for me...) - but now I am having trouble with shipment delays on my Thinkgeek order - I think the problem is more with UPS and the weather up north than the company - but I am so tired of check and seeing it moved later and later! I want to get all this darn wrapping OVER and DONE WITH!

i am SO jealous of some of you... I have NEVER been as far behind on things as I am this year... my dining room looks like a disaster zone with wrapping paper, ribbons and gifts sprawled out everywhere waiting on me to wrap... no decorating has been done (other than a wreath on the front door), no cookies have been baked, still waiting on shipments from at least 5 stores - and I have 9 days to pull it all together as the family all gathers at my place on Christmas Eve! I need some of whatever Brad takes to stay awake and post all those hot deals during Black Friday week and Cyber week to get all this done!!! Hubby has been working overtime and son is graduating early - so between cramming for finals and his job - neither can help me out! I need to call Santa and see if he can loan me a few elves for a week!

We get really bad winds, too - but I HAVE to have my Grinch inflatable - hubby and son have installed so many anchors on the poor guy that if he flies away - the yard is going with him!
