Wow! Looks like I REALLY Overspend! I went light this year - spent $200 on mom, $600 on my 9 year old and $300 each on my 21 and 23 year old... Hubby will be around $350 when I finish... I think I will rethink next year's spending!

My daughter got to WM about 10 till 5 and the gameboy sp systems were ALREADY sold out! She was NOT a happy camper!!!!!

Hubby went this morning to get the $99 desktop - he said it was a MESS! NO one knew anything and it took him 1 1/2 hours of being sent here there and everywhere to get the sheet to check out and then the checkouts went down so it all had to be hand written! They mail it all to you (after adding $100 in shipping!!!!) - I hope they get ti right or there will be some PROBLEMS! He was happy - but I was not! Oh, well - there is always Next Year!

The only one that we had in this mornings paper was from Freds... but I already new what was in there thanks to this board.

I drug my mom out with me 2 years ago on BF - she was not pleased - but started getting into the frenzy at Walmart... I sent her to stand in line for a dvd player for my daughter while I stood in line for a ticket for a tv... my son came running to get me while I was in line screaming that "Grandma was on the floor"... seems as though they started tossing the dvd players to those in line and she got beamed with one in the head and hit the floor! Wasn't fuuny at the time, but people in line were GREAT and held my place while I went to help my mom... 2 people gave her the dvd players they had caught since she was knocked down and I had a spare to gift out... to say the least - she will NO LONGER go with me to my bf shopping - but as for me... I will be there EVERY year hunting down the Bargins! LoL

I'm HOOKED - just joined tonight and now it's 1:46 a.m. and I am STILL ON! I will stay as long as you guys are around! You are THE BEST!

It's a Wonderful Life and Christmas Vacation. I sometimes watch them in June or July if my spirits need lifted... Christmas is so magickal!

If it deals with Christmas I WATCH IT! Our local radio station started playing Christmas Music 24/7 starting today - my son and I were in front of the radio for the lauch of the first song and will play it through Christmas (except when we are watching Christmas Shows on TV).

I work for myself and am TOO cheap to give myself a bonus this year - LoL! But... I AM giving myself Black Friday off! Teee, heee
