Got some more slipcovers, comforters, shams, and dust ruffles today; Also got a universal remote for 2.49;
and loreal base makeup for $2.77
I wish I could find some of those slipcovers here. Need one so bad for my loveseat. Anyone in the Columbus OH area seen any at their Target?

What great ideas everybody has! I think I'm going to do a few chocolates, some plastic eggs with money and some little toys. My 3 yr old keeps talking about Peter Pan so he might get that DVD and my 11 yr old step son recently had his Game Boy Micro stolen at school so he might get a gift card to EB games so he can buy a used one to replace it. This will be my first year actually making them and I'm so excited. Thanks for all the ideas!

Great ideas. I think I'm going to get the 11 year old GC to EB Games so I don't pick the wrong game and I picked up a leap pad book for the 3 year old. Of course they'll get some candy and chocolate. I'll have to think of some other small things for them... need to start thinking and looking for deals!

Got 2 pairs of boots that were each regularly 70.00 for 30.00 for both!! They have lots of cloths on sale too!!

Hey... I track WM grand openings for my company and I just found the press release for these two in Ohio... GO ceremony at 7:30 am 1/19/07 with doors opening at 8:00 am.

Been on Carnival 3 times so far. We have gone on the Fascination, Imagination and Victory. My favorite by far is the Victory. Tons of activities and the Eastern Caribbean route was great!

I got some Fuji glossy last week at Big Lots for 1.50. Can't remember how many is in a package though. At my BL they were right by the registers in the impulse section.

Seems like a decent deal. I would suggest actually going to the store to look at them in person. I've gotten some really good deals at Big Lots on lots of different stuff. I've bought lots of furniture there that has lasted quite a long time and some small electronics. Can't afford a big ticket item that the one in question but there's no substitute for going and checking it out in person.

Thanks for the info. My son has the take along thomas and not the wooden train set. I think he has enough already. His room looks like the island of Sodor already

Big Lots has bean bag chairs for around 8.00. I was in a store today in Columbus, OH and they had a pretty good selection.

I went to my WM yesterday and they had tons of micros... back up to 79.00... funny thing is, they just sent me a request to fill out a customer service survey... ha... they won't like what they just got from me. I wasn't nasty or anything. Just told the truth on how unhelpful their customer service is.. probably won't mean anything to them but makes me feel a teensy bit better.

Thanks everyone for the information. I ended up getting one on ebay for only 15.00 more including shipping so thats taken care of. I'll have to think long and hard about shopping walmart.com again... I'm glad that others had better luck than me!!

Yeah... I went back online after I heard that the GB Micro's were back online (more in stock?)... but the website again listed them as sold out... just seems pretty incredible to me that they were sold out when I talked to customer service and then had them available again later in the day??? Seems pretty shady to me..

Well, I just was able to get back on and the item I wanted is now sold out. I talked to a supervisor on the phone at the customer service website and they said there is nothing they can do and I'm basically sol... what a crappy way to do business!!! I will NEVER shop at Walmart.com again!!!

Great... I've been trying to check out for 3 hours now and just got a message that the website is now down for maintenance... you would really think they would have planned for this. I'm going to start checking other sites and take my business somewhere else!!

Can anybody give me any description of the Thomas Tank Engine set that will be on sale for BF? My son is a Thomas Freak

Thanks.. I've been looking for one forever for the loveseat in our kids playroom but have been too cheap to purchase for what I've found so far. I'm leaving on a business trip tomorrow and won't be back until Friday so I'm going to have to go out at lunch today to the W Broad St Target. Went there last week and got some Woolite for 50% off and they had lots of deoderant. Checked my coupons and I have some for the brands they had clearanced.. Happy, happy shopping!
