Last year they had some sort of waiting room system, IIRC. I keep hoping to see that. Or updates to the prices in my BF list.... hoping hoping hoping...

I have this image running through my head of some lowly programmer at Kohls being fired tomorrow morning because he coded the splash page on the site to switch over at midnight, but failed to update any of the prices. Hope it's not true, but that's the story I've come up with and I'm sticking to it.

Last year my cart was cleared out for me. I had to re-add everything after the sale went live.

The ad that's on their site says you can shop BF prices NOW through 3pm CST on Friday. Liars.

Looks like Gamestop's honoring their ad prices. Added Disney Infinity figures to my cart and they showed B1G1. Added a game that showed 59.99 regular price, but 29.99 in my cart. Based on the other options on their website, I'd consider this one live.

I'm headed off to Target to wait in line soon. Last night I got four pair of jammies. Nothing else on my list was available online, though. So I go wait with the masses, all for some crayons, some undies, and a superhero hoodie or three. Good thing I love the line waiting part! The site was crazy slow for me last night, though.

You may not have missed much. I was very underwhelmed by the twenty items they had available. None were on my list. I made one purchase for a whole $10.

I was signed into my cart before the sale went live. It sent me to the splash page. I waited patiently (or not), and then tried the customer service trick. So now I'm done and waiting for Target's redcard site to open up for the exclusive sale in 13 minutes...

I think I'd like the system more if the splash page told us it was a waiting room.

No bueno. All this for silly little things that'll likely be in stock in my B&M store in two days. I just don't want to wait in the check out line. But now it means I'm waiting online. Harrumph. At least you guys are around to make me feel not as alone in this

I picked mine up instore just like a pp mentioned. They were on an end cap - magazine style. I didn't get a chnace to look through it yet, but imagine it's exactly what y'all are talking about.

I usually have Christmas shopping done before Halloween. So on BF I normally go out to get toys for Toys for Tots, or home essentials for families in need. And I always get a few things for around the house (not that many people in line at 4am to get towels and sheets - but I am!). I tend not to buy too many things for myself, but every once in a while something will catch my eye.
