If you can find a used Oreck Commercial, they are light, easy to use and virtually indestructible, you cannot buy them new for your budget, but we were given one from family, if you happen to find one used I would highly recommend it. Plus the Oreck service reps will generally repair the vacuums for less than $50 dollars, so even if you find a broken one it may be worthwhile to give it a try. C

Okay, what types have you tried? Did your Sharper image have the Ozone shield they have on them now. . .(I looked at a Sharper Image on Saturday) - I'll definitely try to keep it cleaner, but we are fighting a losing battle, with future baby and a small dog in the house. . . Thanks, C

Hi I have a question for those who know more than I! Help, I'm looking at some Air Purifiers along the lines of the Oreck XL something and the Sharper Image mid range $350 dollar or so price range. 1st. Do I really need to spend that much? 2nd. Do the "technologies" really work, who verifies they do? 3rd. Does anyone have any recommendations? (I'm looking for this because my wife is fairly sensitive to allergens, and since we found out last month she was expecting, It has been difficult for her to sleep when any of her alergens hit the air) (She's not real sensitive to Cedar, but I'm not looking foward to Dec when it hits here strong, I'd rather find the best most cost effective solution to avert sleepless nights :) for now until April 06 anyway) Thanks for any suggestions and advice. . . I'm getting a really wierd error that is only happening on my system. I think this is a pretty hot deal! Dell values these (FREE Upgrades) at $1348 dollars (on the $1199 Model). So not everyone needs a Nylon Case and Office Basic but its not often that you can get a $2547 laptop for $1199 from Dell or more than 60% off the retail price. Now if I only had the extra $1200 bucks to go with this one. . . nope pockets are nearly empty! C

Firefox saves the profile by default to a different directory, so sometimes a reinstall won't fix things. If it still has a problem after you try the reinstall you can run firefox from a command prompt with the -profilemanager and it will come to a screen where it will let you create a new profile. That may solve your problems on that machine. Firfox Profile FAQ :) C

Hi, I"m using Firefox 1.04 and don't have a problem with it crashing. . . do other sites crash or is it just gottadeal? I have found in the past that Firefox will eventually corrupt my main profile and then I am unable to go to many of my favorite sites. I generally recreate a new profile and then import my bookmarks into the new profile when that happens. let me know if you haven't created a new profile in Firefox, I'll be glad to give you directions. Definitely. . . recommended a MP 390 for my parents, it's been working flawlessly for 5+ months. The Pixma series seems to have an edge for multiple cartridges and photo quality. But the MP390 had really really good border to border photo quality so it will be interesting to see in person how much better the MP750-760 is. C
