  1. Whoo Hoo!! We've got one near us, so thanks!! The drink upgrade is a great coupon as well! Talk about a cheap date night!
  2. We did this too, and it was really great. My 2 1/2 year old mentioned she wanted a "dress like Dora wears" and they even told a story of how Dora and Boots "visited" the North Pole one time(which was an episode of Dora the Explorer) and it was great, being able to get that response right away.
  3. So hard to choose, but it would have to be one of these: The Xbox for $99.00 for Hubby's best friend from Game Crazy. The My First LeapPad Learning Table for $19.99 from TRU. The Ipod Shuffle with rapid travel charger for $80.00 from Overstock.com The Nintendo Super NES Super Set with 2 ASCIIWARE Super Advantage arcade style joysticks and 3 games all in the original boxes with original packaging, hardly used for $65.00 for Hubby from Ebay! All in all, it was a VERY good Christmas for me!
  4. I got one a few years ago. You just go to the customer service office, and apply for it. I believe there is a charge for it now, but it gives you special discounts and coupons and advance notice of sales and things.
  5. Yikes! LOl I Just hope I don't get the charger before the Ipod...that would be awfully hard to explain to my hubby! "Oh, I just thought I'd get you a charger sweety!"
  6. Yep, I'm a mittener too! I only know that it's a Prime Outlet because I have a savings card for Prime Outlets! LOL:p
  7. Just bumping this up, because I'm in a similar situation. I placed an order 24 hours ago and it just says accepted. I'm supposed to receive an email when it ships, but there is a note that says "if your item was guaranteed by Christmas, rest assured it will be there by Christmas." I guess if it shows up on Christmas Eve, my hubby will just get it early! LOL
  8. Was it the one in Orlando or the one at Ellenton? Both are good, but my fave of the two is the Ellenton outlet! :)
  9. The one is Michigan is at Birch Run.
  10. None. We put a little on the card, but are sending in enough to cover it all this week from hubby's Christmas bonus.
  11. Thanks!! I just picked up the shuffle for my DH for a stocking stuffer. I wish I could afford the full out Ipod, but still getting the shuffle, plus a rapid charger for only $81.95 shipped was something I couldn't pass up since he has been wanting one forever! I just hope it gets here in time! If not, I printed out the pictures and I'll just wrap those and put them in his stocking! LOL I am so in love with GottaDeal!!!
  12. I have found some really great deals on MP3 players and I was thinking of getting one for my husband for a stocking stuffer. I know that he won't settle for anything with a capacity less than 512mb, but he said he really doesn't care about brand. I can't afford a lot as I already bought his other present, but I thought if they were reliable that this might not be too bad.
  13. This is AWESOME for a 2 1/2 year old!!! They sell all kinds of things that my 2 1/2 year old daughter loves; Dora The Explorer, Max and Ruby, Blues Clues, Little Bill, Thomas The Tank Engine, Sesame Street, etc. I think there are even Nick Jr. Collections.
  14. My DD is 2 1/2 and she would totally LOVE that desk! She is a coloring/art fiend. I think it would be an awesome gift, and my nephew (that is now 7) got one around that age and his is still holding up just fine.
  15. Whooo Hoooo I think tha deserves a whole dancing Fruit Salad!!

    hi all

I know that if you are signed up for the "Toys R Us 12 Days of Deals" promotion that today the My First LeapPad Learning Desk is on Sale for $24.99 and there is a $5.00 off of a $25.00 purchase floating around, so you could pick that up for $19.99, don't know if that's something you'd like, but I know I'm getting one for my 2 1/2 year old daughter. If you aren't signed up, you can do that here.
  17. That's what my hubby said "there is no way that ALL toys would be bogo 1/2" and I said "um, during Christmas it is TOTALLY possible!"
  18. Yep. That's one reason why I stopped shopping there long ago. In all honesty, I only might stop at K-mart like once a year, if that. My hubby will try to talk me into "seeing if they've fixed things." And it's always the same garbage. I think the CSR totally did not expect me to return all that stuff. She just looked at me and said "Well, your receipt says you saved $19.00" and I said "yeah, from stuff that was on Clearance! I should have saved over $100!" Then she had the audacity to say "well, ya know? It is Christmas time and the toy selection can get pretty slim." To which I responded "that's all right. My children are 2 1/2 and 8 months. They won't know the difference! Just give me back my money so I can go spend it somewhere else!" Grrrrr! Stupid Kmart idiots!!!
  19. After seeing the Kmart commercial on TV all week for "need toys? Head to Kmart, all toys are Buy 1 get the second 50% off, this week only at Kmart" my hubby and I decided to do just that. Only to have our purchases rung up at full price. I went to the customer service desk to ask about it, and they said "oh no, it's only the toys that are pictured on the front of the circular." So I said, well, your television ad doesn't say that. And they actually fought with me! So I said forget it, I returned all $200 worth of toys (which took the clerk about 20 minutes because I had a lot of "little" things) and I will be doing my shopping elsewhere from now on. I would hope that the television ad and the print ad would match, but apparently not for Kmart! I tell ya, everytime I try to give Kmart a chance, they end up doing something like this and so I stop shopping there for years. This time I don't think I'll be giving them anymore chances.
  20. Yeah, that's what I heard too. But, we'll wait. My poor hubby waited for I think it was Grand Turismo 3 for well over a year, with several date changes, so I'm sure he'll be patient and wait for his system. I'd rather let them work out all the kinks then get a junk system that was rushed anyway.
  21. Ah but see? My husband is not one of those people who feels he has to have the system the second it comes out. We have a PS2 right now and we are very happy. So the PS3 will be released and we'll wait 6 months or a year, and then when all the fanatics are done clammering for it, we'll get ours. And then we also don't have to be searching for games because they have already said that it will be backwards compatible. So I can still play games that I've had for years on it! :)
  22. Yep, it was part of the 12 Deals of Christmas promotion. You could get either the Video Now XP or the Video Now Jr. You had to have the specific coupon with your name on it and man oh man did those things fly off the shelves.
  23. Not as good as the $14.99 I paid last week for it at TRU!
