I heard from someone that the box of the BF tv is different from the sales floor tv so it might have a different DPCI number so if thats the case the BF TV is totally different. Target might be playing safe and is thinking the same way you guys are thinking

I just received my 50 free prints from winkflash paid only 99cents for shipping and when i saw the postage they paid for the pics i was surprized to see $2.21 Pics are at par with costco and walgreen overall im happy with them

The thing i know about the + and - is that way back when DVD's where just being introduced there was just the + which was introduced by company A cause i forgot the exact company but Sony did not want to follow the trend or shall i say they wanted a format of their own so came -, thats how i remember the story but the story can be the other way around, So +- formats doest have any difference at all just the compatibility with your dvd player or recorder..... I suggest you better inquire on where your hubby would use them so that the compatibility issue wont be a concern later on

Oh by the way + or - for me does not have any difference, they are only there just so for compatibility of your hardware

@Whafs8 Recorders has a specified format on what it can use to burn like my cyberhome 1600 it can only burn to + format but it can read any format i put into it, so better read the manual or most of the time its outside the box BR

BEWARE OF CYBERHOME I BOUGHT 2 OF THOSE 1600 MODELS one for me and one for my dad we use it to burn tv shows programed shows and after 3 months did a lot of weird stuff both mine and my dads is now useless for programmed recording, i even updated the bios from the download page of cyberhome but still it wont record good.....
