Where do I get the BRU sale book? Do they have them in the store?

I was told by a cashier that I couldn't use both coupons, so I went to the service desk and asked if I could use both. They said it wasn't a problem because one was a store coupon and one was a manufacturer. The moral of the story is keep trying until someone says yes!
