yikes wipe the word SUCKER of my head...i paid 35-50$ last year and the year before..!!!! this year with all that has happened i will have to get a 5 $ one i guess(have not been able to work or really do anything for over 1/2 year!

lmao i get one every year!!!! i love it. (often from boy scouts trails end pop corn...seems fresh) i am not the one that eats most of the popcorn... i put it out and others eat it.. but i replace my old time with a new one this way...using the tin as a garbage pail or sand bucket for the sidewalks.

thats even worse!!!! what is with parents these days!!!! i know a mother(for lack of a different not so appropriate term) who would open the birthday cards sent to her children and take out $ then give them the card and not even the envelope. when the one of those children was "with" our family and told us about that we all wanted to cry. he was so shocked to have a real birthday party and also got to open his own card,, when there was $ in he handed it to an adult and as we told him he keeps it he thought we were almost kidding..

ohh also ... i wouldnt down all of CC because one employee was rude,or because of 1 manager. thats all in 1 store,and maybe other employees are fine

write to the corp. and include the names if you know them...at least the times. and defiantely report the manager saying he was mad cause she threw the paper..(his comment was prior to that) ..my asumption was it was a young adult who thinks they are above everyone else. . really the person was TRYING to upset your wife with that comment. intentionally it seems. at first reading this i dont understand why she was so mad in the beginging...i would assume the cc employee was either busy or having a bad day. so maybe not the most polite... but then when he turns to intentionally make a cut at her.. i wonder if he felt insulted and was lookign to defend himself by putting her down. some people should not deal with public.

yikes i didnt add all the "small gifts" 9 large (combines of 2 +people or someone i will spend a LOT on)... 32 regular size and 26 small ones so 67 gifts.. ohh plus a gift card for a game we play between adults because we decided a few years back to cut back on gifts and not do brothers and sisters.. (you see the need for the cut back?)

hmmm gift cards are a bad idea if his mom is using them and hes not getting the benifit. though normally they are great for a teenager. with the mom taking them it ruins the wallet idea too. can you take him shopping with a friend of his.. or..cds ? maybe something like strawberries would be good ...a gc the mom would not have any interest in. or a savigns bond in HIS name ...though by the time it matures.. hmm .. maybe electronics? or video games. why did he quit the football team?

i actually had someone tell me"if my kid gets hurt on someones property i am gonna sue them for all i can" well i will tell you... i never had them come swimming again. i would ask your lawyer about the waiver. it might not be worth any more then the paper it is written on. HOWEVER even if that is the case as long as the people who signed it dont know that then all is good... better to have some protectioon then none. many many people are sue happy now adays

i end up shopping ...but not because tis the day after bf ,but because its still a very busy shopping time .. theres no way one can get all their shopping done in 1 day.

we eat a late lunch ,early dinner(whole family) then presents then we do the pies and cakes,cookies all that stuff after the presents

sometimes the little things can be great..a basket of items? i gave my roomate a magnifyingglass set when i was in the place i was stuck,and you would have thought i gave her a million $. she used this thing to read her bible and sat by the window for light..i still would think somethign pamperign liek the hair cut(and many of these places have a hairdresser come in ,all you have to do is arrange payment to them.) she will get to show it off,and the staff and other patients will amke comments.Of the 3-4 months i spent in one of those places,the thing i appreaciate the most was 1 visitors!! 2 someone getting me internet connection and bringing in a lap top(so i could come on here and try to pass time) and 3 the apt with the hair dresser,and im not even an old lady!

i would (but cant this year) vol. and be in a christmas production that a local station puts on for the poor kids and kids in foster care. it is a wonderful thing to be a part of. the worst downfall of it is the back stage time often can get in the way of christmas festivities on christmas day(the main person in charge is jewish so it has no effect on him...but it is wonderful to see the kids who are there (many very down on their luck ,or disabled)with the HUGE smiles on their faces. they get a show they just adore,and they get bags f presents from santa and a nice dinner.
