  1. I doubt DVDs are because that would be a mess to try and organize. If you want DVDs I would get there around 3am? Most other people in front of you will be going for the major doorbusters.
  2. I would still rather pay $450 for the CC laptop over the BB one. I would probably rather get the BB desktop though. I still think the Desktop at CC is slightly better, but not worth AOL to me. Also with desktops it's a lot easier to upgrade.
  3. I never understood why people buy these poker video games. You can play real people instead of a computer online for free.
  4. I've seen the Westinghouse 27" tv's at BB. I was in there 2 weeks ago researching TVs. I am in the market so I wanted question's answered. I was really not that impressed with it. It was hooked-up to Cox-HD at the time. Maybe the channel I was watching wasn't HD, so it looked a little worse, but it just didn't seem right. A football game was on and it was hard to follow the ball on passes. The response time seemed a little slow.
  5. I haven't had a soda in 4 months. I used to drink like 3-4 a day. I've lost 30lbs in those 4 months. I have been exercising though as well.
  6. The Nano replaced the Mini. I don't think they are making the Mini anymore. The Nano is the same price as the Mini, so I am assuming they no longer make the Mini. If you want a Mini, I would suggest ebay, but you will probably be spending the same amount or close to the amount the Nano costs.
  7. Does anyone know how good the Polaroid 5.0 megapixel camera at Circuit City is for 70 bucks? I don't expect much for the price, but is there anything I don't know about that I should just stay away from? My mom just got laid off and I told her not to get me anything for Xmas, but she wants to get me a camera because I'm going away to school in a month and she wants me to send pictures to her. Polaroid 5.0MP Digital Camera - $69.99.
  8. That's my plan right now, but I'd hate to stand in the cold for 5 hours when I could be sitting in my heated house and say at 3am it became available online.
  9. Do you think I could get the laptop online? I was planning on just getting my laptop on BF since I'm going away to school in January, but I might as well get some DVD's and CD's for xmas presents.
  10. If you look closer it says right underneath 15 minimum per store. This makes me believe its not just online. Also if you read the rebates next to the $199 price (it's hard, but I zoomed and made the best of it) and it says -$250 instant savings, $-250 for AOL 12 month subscription. This is for the laptop BTW...
  11. Does the map show you where they will be putting the stuff or is it just a generic map?
  12. It's $250 for the laptop if you get AOL. $450 if you don't get AOL, which is only $50 dollars more than Wall-Mart, but you get 512mb RAM and 60GB Hard Drive. This is a lot better of a deal.
  13. I did mean 11pm... Thanks. I looked in last years and there isn't much at all on CC. My main question for those who know is when do they open and how do they organize their store? Do they give tickets or just open doors and people run around like Wall-Mart or is it more organized and you go to the department you wish to purchase items from?
  14. I'll be in line at 11am Thursday night, I am so excited. How do they do their BF? Tickets, Pallets, Departments, Randomly placed in the store?
  15. Depends what you want. I'll be a CC.
  16. If you are looking for a laptop I think we found a winner!!!
  17. Hmmm the laptop I saw on the ad I found has mysteriously vanished from CC's website.
  18. I think I've seen it too.
  19. Ill be in Rancho Santa Margarita on Thanksgiving night with my dad, I think I'll stay down there that night.
  20. I am looking for a partner in crime who I can "buddy up" with. Someone I can trust who could hold a spot for a bathroom break and somebody I could return the favor for as well. Just a thought, maybe I'll find a nice enough person.
  21. It's not 24 hour service. What do you guy's suggest then. I will be so pissed if I stood in line for 5 hours to get in and run all over and by the time I found the laptops they were taken by people way behind me in the line. Do the employees know where they are going to set them up? If I found a cool manager who was willing to give me the information or do they not know until they put them out?
  22. I want the laptop at Wal-Mart so I will be camping out at 12:00am to guarantee myself getting one. I plan to map out my route the day before. When the door opens do I just RUN to the computer department and grab a box that has the laptop in it? Will it be on a display? Or do I just go up to the counter and tell the person I want the laptop and they ring me up? I would hate to wait in a line thinking I just tell him what I want to find out I needed to grab it off a shelf or display and miss out.
  23. Do I just get there and plop myself in front of the door or do they usually have places marked off the night before knowing they will have a line? I would hate to get there at 1am for a 5am opening to find out I was sitting in a bad spot. Also what has stopped people from just walking up at 5am and running through the door when they open it? If they just open the doors and its a free for all, why can't I just show up 5 min before and once that door opens I make dash to the door. It would be a crappy thing to do, but what stops people from doing this?
  24. See if you have a Steve & Barry's around you. It's a clothing store geared towards colleges (they have regular stuff there too) and they are insanely good prices. Jeans and Sweaters with hoods for under $10. Nothing is more than $10 in the entire store. The clothes are great quality too and even have a lifetime warranty.
  25. Which one do you go to? The Tustin Market Place is the closest one to me.
