Keep trying I think Walmart is releasing them in waves tonight to keep resellers from buying several. I kept getting sold out and several times I got to add to cart and couldn’t checkout but eventually I got one.

I find this news of the persons death horrible. I also find it disturbing that everyone is making statement without having all the facts. I have been to many black friday sales and seen the pushing and shoving in all stores. Circuit city was by far the worst I have ever seen. The retailers are trying to put good sales on to get people good deals. That is why we all come to this site right? They are not trying to get people hurt or killed. Why would they? This is just another case of todays society we always want to blame someone else. The fact is that Wal-Mart did not tell all those people to push and shove each other and to push doors in, that would be the animals outside that do not know how to act in public and don't care about anyone but themselves. As to the Union statement. Don't get me started. My father was in a steelworkers union his whole life and well... long story. All they want is to unionize Wal-Mart because union membership is down because companys had to take thier businesses over seas because of union demands. What kind of position are the big 3 automakers in thanks to unioins? All they see is all the Wal-Mart employees paying union dues. If you do not think unions are big business nowadays you are kidding yourselves.

I have had the S5is for about a year now and love it. It takes great photos and has a ton of special settings and features. I paid about $400. so at this price it is a great deal.

Sams club has a similar football popcorn deal with Dale and Thomas and Popcorn Indiana Kettle corn for $10. and it includes Dale and Thomas $20 gift card.

Does'nt cover all the good company has done either. One example is look at relief aid for Katrina, Wal-Mart had truckloads of merchandise on site before government had reacted. Don't get me started on small business, look at Wal-Mart's history they started out as one small store not a mulit million dollar company.

The Wal-Mart documentary you are talking about High cost of low price contains several false points. The documentary was backed by the Union's that cannot get into Wal-Mart. There are other actual documentaries that look at both sides of story. One is on MSNBC I believe and there is also one done by Penn and Tellar on thier Showtime series BS. I understand that Wal-Mart is big business and not always right but they are also not always wrong. Be objective and check the facts.

Is he being deployed somewhere that he will have regular access to electricity to charge the PSP? If not you can buy a battery unit that uses AA batteries to recharge it. I believe energizer makes one and igo makes a battery unit with different tips for different items(cell phones, ipod, psp, etc). You can buy on ebay pretty cheap or igo.com and I believe radio shack carries them. Hope this makes sense and that it helps.

Most cable and Sat. companies are only broadcasting in 720 so the 1080 will be no better thab a 720. Go to a store and look at a 720 and 1080 and see if you can see a difference. Also fast action and sports are better on 720, on 1080 they sometimes freeze and pixelate(not sure if that is correct term or not). If it is a big deal to you and you are willing to spend extra money I would find out what you cable company is broadcasting in before you spend the extra money. I would go with the 720.

I ordered 1 SD card for 12.99 on Thanksgiving day from Office Max and received it a couple of weeks ago.

I doubt they will clearance items just because they were on layaway, it will probably just be put back on the shelves. It would not make sense to clearance when most items are still on the shelf at regular price. You may find something they are out of that has been in layaway put back on counter(ElmoTMX, etc.)

I sent them a letter on their website telling them I had made my last trip to CompUSA and I was telling them why just like I will be telling others. From now on I will pricematch their ad at other stores.

CompUSA I went on Thanksgiving night and waited in line for the 9pm opening. They had a DLO home dock for ipod on sale for 59.00. When store opened I found advertised sign and selected item. Had to wait in checkout line for over an hour, when I got to checkout it rang up149.00 when I showed cashier the ad he called someone to register who said you have the deluxe model and sale is for regular model. I showed him the sign and where the sign was it was all deluxe models. He said sign is in wrong place I said ok where are the regular ones and was told we never got them in. He then said "You can buy this one for 149.00 or you are out of luck" That was my last visit to CompUSA

They sent me an email that camcorder was backordered and if I would like to cancel to reply to email. I replied to email to cancel and got another email saying to call them about cancelling. Instead of calling them I called my credit card company and had them check for any charges. There had not been any charges so I had them cancel that credit card number and send me a new one.

After reading reviews from link above I am cancelling my order and looking elsewhere. The price search that I found the price on had good reviews but after checking others no one else does so it is probably too good to be true. Thanks to Islandgolf for warning.

Thanks for the warning on the reviews. The price search website I used had really high ratings for them I cannot remember the name(probably another scam) I am going to cancel my order as the price is too good to be true and look elsewhere.

I ordered the SR100 from USAPhotonation.com for $440. The website says it is brand new not refurbished. It is by far the best deal I have found for the Sony Harddrive camcorders. The suggested retail for the SR100 is $999.00. I posted this same information on another thread about camcorders but I was'nt sure if you saw it, so if this is duplicate information Sorry.

I was in Target today and they had the 7" under counter LCD with DVD player and the Jensen ipod clock radio featured in the electronics department. It is the same models that are in black friday ad. I asked girl at customer service if I bought item and then it went on sale would they refund difference and she said as long as you have receipt and it is within 14 days of purchase.

I was also looking at the JVC 20gb camcorder but after reading reviews I decided to get one of the Sony hard drive camcorders. I found the DCRSR100 for 440.00:cheesy: This model is a new Sony model and usually retails for $999.00 They have other models also for incredible prices. The site is www.USAphotonation.com After you look at their prices compare with the prices on the Sony website or other retailers. They also have a Sony with a 60gb hard drive for around $520.00. The website states new not refurbished. Hope this helps.
