I haven't been yet, but I called the store in Antioch, TN and their school supplies are anywhere from 30%-75%. I plan on checking it out on my way home from work this afternoon.

Anyone's school down more then 30%? I am watching the Dora lunchbox and some backpacks.
I'm stalking the princess lunchboxes and backpacks also...once it hits 50% they'll be gone so I am waiting for someone to post that they've gone to 50% too!

50%? It's still full price here. School starts Thursday but they have lots left. I'm hoping to stock up for DS3 for when he starts kindergarten too.
My girls (ages 3 and 2) love to do "projects" so I have my eye on several things for them. And I've checked out the supply list for the kindergartners in the area so I know what else to pick up. :) I'm hoping they go 50% here soon....some of the things I'm eyeing are staring to disappear at 30%.

I am usually back home with a stuffed mini van and an empty wallet by 10AM!!
I have a plan, I get in the store, I follow it, I go to the next store, same thing. I usually hit 4 or 5 stores and I'm done by 10AM.
Same here! My mom and I get to our first store around 3am and we're usually done between 10-11am. I couldn't imagine staying out all day...after a while the crowds and traffic tend to get to me. :)

kind of silly question but is the 3 limit for each category for example 3 girls jeans, 3 women jeans or just overall 3 pair per purchase? thanks!

its instore only limit 3 pairs per person and its only denim jeans from girls boys womens mens shops hung and folded denim, and I got this info cuz I work for the company, u will see commercials for the sale 2day and 2morrow
So I can only get 3 pair of jeans total? It's not 3 pair per department? I have two kids and myself to buy for...

We usually just bring fold out chairs, blankets, and coffee. :)

I would probably feel pretty guilty about that and like it was stealing too. I would generally bring something like that to the attention of the employee who regularly works the department, or to a manager. Now, if they then did nothing and put them back on the shelf as-is, then I would not have a problem with it, particularly if you took it to a manager and they put it back. I've seen things like that before. The disadvantage of just leaving it there is what happened to you. The advantage of taking it to a manager is that it, at minimum, puts it back where it ought to be price-wise and keeps you in the running for it.
Plus it builds goodwill with the store employees if you shop there often enough for them to recognize you. And that never hurts.If there was someone nearby I would have mentioned the error, otherwise I would have left it there. I would've felt like a little thief if I had taken the deal on it though...

Stopped at the Smynra, TN Target last night and did pretty well in the 75% dollar spot. I got the last 5 packages of the princess sandwich bags and got the last 2 Spiderman for a friend. I also picked up the last Playdoh craft cart for $4.74. The hot pink, black, and navy blue circo socks were on clearance for $.74 so I got some of them as well. Oh, and I scored a pair of shorts for the hubby for $4.98 regular price $17.99.

Also, the swim items were 50% off. The pool I was hoping to get was already gone of course. Lots of things left at the Antioch, TN location. :)

Dollar spot was still at 50% at one store and called another and it's 75%. I will hit that store after work and hope that some of the stuff I want is still there. I checked the toys and most was 30% off but did see Pirates of the Carribean swords for 75%.

According to one of the Target employees it will be going to 75% tomorrow (thursday)

If they have the long orange sticker with bar code are they internet returns? I haven't seen that sticker before.
Anyway, I last night with the long orange sticker I found a whole stack of Thomas the tank large oversized color books for 46 cents....Conway, AR store....

Yes, the long orange stickers are usually internet returns and say "as is" on them. Good deal by the way...

I went to the Super Target in Smyrna, TN last night and they had two of the Playdoh craft caddies...they rang up $4.74. There was 1 left when I left last night.
Also the dollar spot still had quite a bit left at 50%. I picked up some of the Phonics books and flash cards for my little one. Anyone know when the dollar spot will go 75%?

The creativity center was regular price at my store but I got two of the Playdoh craft caddies. :)
The cashier was surprised. I didn't mention that I got the only two on the shelf. I wonder if more will show up and the price will stay the same, because it was showing 4.74 on the shelf. I guess it's another case of the wrong price getting put in the computer. I want some more for gifts. These are really nice.
Has anyone looked up the craft caddies online to see if they were available and actually found them at the store? My Target says "available", so I think I will check it out.
Does Playdoh dry out? Can I use them as Christmas gifts?

Any idea when ALL the pool stuff will be marked down (Speedo stuff)?
I was wondering this as well. At my local Targets the pool stuff is only marked down 30%. I have my eye on a steel frame pool!

I went to my Target last night and most of the toys were still only 30%. I'm hoping to hit another Target this weekend to see what they have. The Targets in my area all have different rates of marking things down so I'm crossing my fingers to find good deals before they are all gone!

There were others, but I can't remember off hand. Others have mentioned tp, diapers, and paper towels...
