I hate ads that purport to have items on sale that are actually regular price. Best Buy is notorious for this. Sites like this and apps like Flipp help to keep track of what's actually a deal and what's just marketing.

It's a space western written/directed by Joss Whedon (buffy, the avenger's, etc). If your son is into Sci-Fi whatsoever, he will love it. I would say it's more in line with Star Wars than Star Trek, but it's really it's own thing.

From what I've seen, the 3DS version of Disney Infinity is extremely different from its console brethren...and not in a good way. There's not enough reviews on metacritic to form a solid opinion, but I would tread lightly. We are absolutely interested in a console version of Infinity though.

I love watching ordinary people transform from grandmas, soccer moms, and it guys into frothing, red eyed, wolves fighting over a piece of meat in the form of a princess Barbie, or a tow mater plush. My first reaction to seeing this ad...no wonder they were upset when people tried to leak it early. I wouldn't want people seeing this if I ran the company either. BOOORING. We usually hit Wal-Mart on BF, but will probably avoid this year.

We ordered one of the crappy bundles from Wal-Mart just to get our grubby mits on the system with the understanding that they wouldn't ship it for a while because most of the bundle was delayed. We also decided to go ahead and try and get one right away in case the order fell through. Well, we got a Wii at Costco this morning, the excellent bundle...so I called Wal-Mart .com to cancel the order before anything had shipped. They cancelled the order...except that they forgot to cancel the actual system. It's already in the mail. So now we are going to have two wiis. So far, we haven't been charged for it. Free Wii?

Anybody have an idea of which stores might have Wiimotes in stock? Having a very hard time finding one in our area.

Got my Wii at Costco this morning (Indiana). They had 22 on the floor. It's their sweet, sweet bundle: Console+Zelda+Excitetruck.
