I used this coupon at my local Hallmark store today with no problems.

I was wondering if someone could explain to me how scanning the dcpi code works exactly. I have read this thread from start to finish, but understanding this practice some how eludes me. Thanks in advance. (I have also been a perimeter peruser for years and never new my addiction had a name.)
