Having a little old woman walk up when they start handing out tickets, and stands there and pokes you in the back with a cane. I don't care if people watch movies while waiting, but when it’s so loud that the whole line can hear people screaming in a different language, and women sounding like their being tortured. That was an uncomfortable atmosphere.
