Started years ago with my oldest daughter. Just me and her out for adventure. As my twins got older they felt left out so they were included. The wife really did not care one way or another. Now oldest daughter has moved out and twins are in college....they still want to go when home from college. We go even if we really do not need anything, but we always seem to find SOMETHING THAT NEEDS US.

From what I have seen it depends on the Ace. Appears that most people do not make it their first stop. The only problem is that a smaller ace may have limited amounts of items.

If you have gotten what you want sit back and enjoy watching the scramble. If you have not gotten what you want then continue your quest for others to watch. It is fun and profitable most of the time. Good luck on your search.

Places like Walmart love to put the pallets in odd areas with the BF specials. I remember one year that it was so crazy around the pallets that I decided to chek the shelf where the item was originally located (which was in the electronics department). There was maybe one or two other people in this area when I arrive. There the item was sitting on the shelf. I picked the item up and was out in a few minutes.

Usually limit of 2 rebates. Not sure about the lights. Do know that Ace rebates are among the fastest.

I have heard that some of the items from Ace will be available at acehardware.com. Do not know about the shipping cost.
