    laser tag

Looks to me like it is the one from Hasbro. I have my eye on that one too...it's the last thing on my list for my kids.
  2. There were about 15 in the bin with all the other $10 games. I did check with the cashier in electronics and he confirmed that they were $10. They didn't scan that way up in the front of the store, but the cashier called over a CSM and she knew all about it. She said she'd had to mark down a bunch of them over the past few days. I hope the deal is at more stores than just mine for you all who want them!
  3. I was at my Walmart today and in the electronics section, they had a $10 bin for games. Lots of Xbox360, Wii and DS titles. The one that caught my eye was a Littlest Pet Shop DS game together with a pink furry ds case...for 10 bucks! They had two different ones...the Garden game and case or the Winter game and case. Currently, each game is selling for 29 dollars (and no case)...so I felt good about my find! Here's a pic of the game and case. http://www.joschmo2.com/lps/lps.jpg
  4. Thanks jdoug and MyMyselfI! I picked up a couple this morning on the endcap c15. I would have never thought to look there...
  5. Has anyone seen the digital frame ornament at their Target? I've looked in the Christmas section and the electronics section at two different stores, and no luck. I was hoping to pick that up and price match on BF.
  6. Can you post how much the 40" is for F&F? Thanks!
  7. I'm another Louisville area shopper. This week I looked at Hurstbourne and Springhurst and there were no HP sets at those two.
  8. I called my Staples on Saturday and they looked online. For them, it said there were three in stock, but I had to come into the store so they could order it. (It showed OOS in my zip code). Rushed over and by the time I got there, they were OOS. I don't think they have anymore anywhere. Wish I had that gas money back! Wondered why I had to go in and he couldn't just take my order over the phone...then I would have them...grrr.
  9. I love Staples too! They were my third stop...just wanted to go in for some photo paper and the battery backup surge. Arrived at 6:05. The doors were open and the line was moving. Maybe 50 people or so. Waited outside for 10 min, came in, nice helpful Staples people pointed me in the right direction and I picked up my stuff. There were no more people coming in the store at that time, so I took a shot and asked the people at the "ticket" table what they had tickets left for. As soon as they said the 32" LCD HDTV, I took the ticket and ran! I am still on cloud nine! No waiting all night and I scored a 32" TV!
  10. Well, my kids are into "pretend play" and for some reason, those are what they like to use. I did think it was strange that the other more realistic figures have parts that move and these don't, yet they really like these over the realistic ones. Go figure. My 7yo has no interest in the transformers. It could also be because I have the Galactic Heroes in a basket under the TV so they see them more often than the other figures. Yes, it was the plug and play version. He had it out again today... I like the Lego version because the characters that they play never get "killed". If they take a lightsaber hit or something, they just break apart into lego parts and then "reappear" as whole a few seconds later and you can continue play...you don't have to start over. I was surprised how well my 6yo picked it up. They have 2 versions...the version with the original trilogy characters (Luke, Leia, Han) and the version with the second trilogy (Anakin, Padme). It also comes on lots of other platforms...Gameboy, Playstation, etc. There is also a "cheats" book available which comes in handy for those situations you just can't seem to figure out. (I need it all the time, but the kids have never had to use it yet!) Hope that helps!
  11. There's a website that sells Nascar driver gift cards and merchandise. http://www.officialracingcard.com/ You can give/send someone a card of their favorite driver (nice card with the driver's picture and car on it) and then they can log onto the site and redeem it for Nascar merchandise. (May have to get parents permission since he is under 18, but for all you other fans...it may be a cool thing)
  12. I have two boys, 7 and 6, and they have about every Star Wars toy imaginable. I must say that the one toy I put back at least twice a day is a basket of the Galactic Heroes. My two have quite a few of the regular Star Wars people also, but don't seem to be very interested in them at all. But every day, I can count on them playing with the Galactic Heroes figures. They even take them in the car and to some restaurants. My 7 year old got the lightsaber TV game for his birthday when he turned 6 and it was a big hit. He played with that for quite a while until he "won" all the levels but still likes to drag it out occasionally. Right now they are really into the Lego Star Wars Xbox game...if that is something you allow him to have.
  13. Staples. The customer service in Jasper, IN was incredible. We got hot chocolate and cookies! And they were all extremely nice and helpful. Thanks, guys!
  14. momto32003, I went to Target the other day and they already have the hockey table and the video chairs out. You can buy them now before BF and then just take the reciept in Friday before 10am and they will price adjust...that's what I'm doing with a lot of stuff at Target.
  15. I got a leather jacket at Penney's that said it usually sold for $199, but got it on sale for $50 since I was in during door buster time. I've been waiting for a good deal on a leather jacket for a couple of years now. Cool! Oh also went to Kohls and while I was talking to the cashier, she gave me a 15% off friends and family coupon that is good today until Monday. Pays to be nice to the cashiers!!!
  16. All the Amy Grant Christmas Albums!
  17. I'm curious...where was the clock radio? I'd like to pick one of those up as well...

    Shopko Ad?

There was one in Evansville, IN about 5 years ago. One BF, my mom and I got ALL our shopping done there. It was the best store. They even gave out free toys to the first several customers. We still cry on BF that there is no ShopKo anywhere near us. Enjoy all you lucky people with ShopKo's!
