I just don't understand it either. I had NEVER shopped on Black Friday in my life until last year (or the year before), when I stumbled upon THIS site and got interested in the BF adds several weeks before. You guys bring people into the BF shopping experience!! I am NOT an impromptu shopper, and like to do my research and really shop around before I jump into almost any purchase. Because of you guys, I can be sure and ready when the doors open with my lists in hand and ready to shop. If I did not have this information with plenty of time to do my do dilligence, I would not even bother to go. The day before cramming the ads is not my thing. Thanks Brad for all your hard work you and everyone at this site do. Without you, I'd stay home in bed...

I'll be after the Canon Rebel XT and accessories kit. I've been wanting this camera for over a year and really searching out a good deal for the past couple of months. This is an awesome deal w/ the zoom lens included. I'm just wondering if this is something I will have to be there early, early for (since it's part of the 2 day sale), or if I'd be safe in waiting. Any idea how the big ticket cameras go on BF??? I also wonder if the same deal will be offered online and if I can get instore pick up...

I called the Tell City IN store a few hours ago and was assured that as long as it is an exact match, and within the other store's scheduled hours-they would PM. I now am making one stop and hope to be back home by 7:30...
