  1. I heard they don't work good. They look great at Walmart, but alot of people have taken them home and found that you can hardly see your child on the tv...even with alot of light...the picture looks very dark, etc.

I know 5 people who had the same problem and returned them. :(

I thought it was a cute idea...but I am not going to spend the money on it if it doesn't work (and my front room isn't brightly lit, so I am assuming I would have the same problem).

I just read that in the reviews on toysrus.com earlier today and am now a bit worried, this is one of the first items I bought for mydaughter and I know she willlove it, that is if it works! Some of the reviews raved on about it, and some said just what you said about the lighting so I guess I will have to wait and see.

  2. We made that mistake last year, we got one for my daughter for Xmas and didn't realize that it needed batteries or the adapter, silly us for thinking that a power cord would actually come with it. Luckily I always buy extra batteries before christmas just for cases like that!
  3. I received this email today

There was a batch of Smartridge orders that were delayed in shipping so

they went out later than anticipated. All products have now shipped so

you should be receiving your new Little Red Riding Smartridge in the

next few days. Please note that Smartridges are being shipped via the

US Postal Service so there are no tracking numbers available.

If you have any further questions or issues with delivery, please let

    us know.

I did not receive one of these, hope it pertains to all the orders! Thanks for sharing!!

  4. Don't ask me about hiding places....I thought I had a perfect spot in a bench in the hallway, that is kind of hard to open...especially for a four year old, anyway the only thing we use it for is old blankets etc. so it never gets opened....but I got busted and my daughter found the stash...luckily most of her things were elsewhere and mostly everything in there was for her little brother. She was so sly about it to, she actually waited a couple of days then ever so casually asked, "Mom..why are there toys in the bench in the hallway?" I couldn't believe it!!
  5. My husband and I left the house around 4 a.m. and got home around 3:15 this afternoon. I couldn't believe when I talked to my cousin this evening that she left home around 4 a.m. and was home before 6 a.m., she only hit a couple of stores though. So how about everyone here, how long of a day did you have?
